I love Universe mode and now with 100 save slots for CAWs I have the best universe with a show for every day of the week and 4 PPVs a month. I have my WWE Raw on Monday, WCW Nitro on Tuesday, NXT on Wednesday, TNA Impact Wrestling on Thursday, ECW Hardcore TV on Friday, and WWF Raw is War on Saturday. I have 12 WWE, WCW, and TNA PPVs a year with 4 NXT, ECW, and WWF PPVs off setting every 3 months.

Love this game. I loved 2k15 but 16 is outta this world.

Yes my last women's show was set for 5 matches and only had 4 on the last show. I know at least one other person who posts their Universe had the same problem with one of his major shows that had 5 matches and only 4 were booked.

Cheers, hopefully it's be being looked into then. Quite rubbish only getting 4 matches for a major show when you need 6

I have a few questions about universe mode. I have not started that yet because I want to unlock a lot of the characters first. Does any wrestler change from face to heel or heel to face automatically? I want to have my universe mode be pretty much CPU controlled besides my brands and the wrestlers in my brands. Does the CPU auto form teams and break them up? If the CPU makes teams auto, is it only a two man team? please let me know!!

Started my universe.

Combined Raw and Smakdown on Monday & Thursdays respectively. (male only)
Divas only show on Tuesdays
Legends show on Fridays
Once a month PPV with Raw and Smakdown as majors
Once a month PPV with Divas and Legends as majors.

Was hoping to have more than two majors for a PPV.

Had a badass match between Charlotte and Sasha Banks at Extreme Rules.

Charlotte is the current Divas champ and Banks the challenger. Charlotte dominated the match for the first half, Sasha couldn't get much of an offense. Sasha ended up going to the outside but Charlotte dominated outside and even put Sasha thru the announcers table. While Charlotte went to pick up a stick Sasha was able to hit her and hit Charlotte with a backbreaker and beat the crap out of her with the stick.

Sasha then proceeded to throw Charlotte into the ring, Sasha applied the crossface but Charlotte was resilient and got out of the hold, a figure four lock was applies but Sasha was able to kick out of the pin. Charlotte tried to apply another finisher but Sasha countered it and applied her finished and she won the Divas title by submission.

The match was awesome, Charlotte controlled one half, Sasha the other, finishers were countered and it had a kickass finish. Better yet this is the first part of the rivalry we still got four more weeks left.

This happened to me as well when I only had 15 or 16 people assigned to a show. Do you have less than 20 competitors assigned to the show? I'm pretty sure if you add a few more competitors to the show the 5th match will occur.

Ahh that will be what's up with my Raw show then - I currently only have 18 superstars assigned to it. I'll have to add a few jobbers and hopefully that'll bring the number of matches up. Thanks for letting me know that!

If you go into customize universe, then edit calendar, and click on the Smackdown show - you'll have the option to edit things like the number of matches, and what titles are available on that show. Scroll down to the big gold belt and select it, then you'll be prompted to pick a current champion

This may or may not be a cause because I had my women's show have 5 scheduled matches week 1 and only 4 week 2 and I'm pretty sure I didn't take anyone off the roster.

Still debating if I want to do a full on write up on here for my universe, I make up my own storylines that the game presents and write most of it down for myself just to keep the matches interesting and to make myself write and try to imagine some fun stuff. My current state of my universe is the authority runs everything and are very influential in the weekly shows especially raw. I look at the match card the game presents and then write my stories from there along with how the matches play out.
For example the opening match of my raw this week was Undertaker vs Mark Henry so that in an uncommon opening match these days, so as the story line I had made up was Triple H tells the undertaker that if he wants to remain on the active roster he must compete in a match on raw at least once a month. Undertaker agrees in which triple H asks for someone who wants the chance to face he undertaker and Mark Henry comes out.

My second match was bo dallas vs r-truth, nothing exciting here just two jobbers basically fighting and getting some television time but plays into my next match
Match 3 included Adam rose, so I came up with after the bo dallas and r-truth match we go to the locker room where the authority is talking about the big main event, when adam rose enters and complains that lower superstars are getting tv time over him and he is better than both of them and deserves a chance while calling triple h and Stephanie lemons. The authority then orders adam rose to the ring for his chance, and that if he doesn't win hes being sent back to NXT. Adam rose enters and then his opponent the big show comes out. The match ends with Adam rose losing via knock out punch and is now headed back to nxt.
Match 4 is team Bella vs Team B.A.D. in a tag team match.
Nikki is my current womens championship in a rivalry with Naomi. This match was a back and forth match which ended with Naomi hitting Brie with a rear view, and pinning the champs sister sending the message to the champion that she's coming for the belt.
Match # 5 and the main event was a WWE Champion Seth Rollins against World Heavyweight champion Randy Orton in a 1 vs 1 match. Randy Orton had just won a tournament at Extreme rules for the reinstated World Heavyweight Championship and the Authority welcomed Randy back to their side by helping him defeat Dean Ambrose In the finals of the tournament. Seth isn't convinced that Randy should be welcomed back and the authority feels they need to settle there differences in the ring tonight, and make up after the match so they can be a united front. The match ended with Seth Rollins hitting Randy Orton with a chair to get disqualified, and Raw goes off the air with Triple H and Stephanie yelling at Seth Rollins at the top of the ramp as he holds his title in one hand and a chair in he other

Went with a realistic approach to my Universe. Have Raw, NXT, Smackdown, and a WWE Live Event on my schedule. May add one of the minor shows like Main Event soon. A lot of fun to take present day WWE and run it the way you think it should go.
