    Nets Blow Out Kings
    Players Unhappy?
    Nick Borges | ESPN.com

The Nets came into this game looking to make a statement. They definitely did that blowing out the Sacramento Kings 117-98.

The Nets were 3-3 on the season, but that wasn't right. They were supposed to be contenders. Not pretenders. Before the game Brooklyn SG Joe Johnson had this to say to reporters when asked about how the season has gone so far:

"I don't even know. We just ain't gelling. We'll get it just watch. Tonight is our night."

Johnson backed up his statement, and finished the game with 21 points as well as 7 assists.

Also for Brooklyn, Paul Pierce and Deron Williams each managed to score 20 while Kevin Garnett scored 18. Brook Lopez had a solid 8 and 8.

Sacramento was led by Demarcus Cousins, who was frustrated most of the night by the dominating post play by KG and Lopez. Cousins ended the game with 21 points and 9 boards but only shot 33% from the field.

Dahntay Jones had his first breakout game for the Kings scoring 16 points. Point guard Greivis Vasquez helped a little by scoring 16 and dishing out 8 assists.

Newly acquired player Gordon Hayward wasn't great, but played okay finishing the night with 8 points and 3 rebounds.

After the game, Demarcus Cousins looked very angry and never even showed up for his scheduled post-game interview.

Could changes be coming to the lowly 1-6 Kings?

Where is DMC most successful on the court? Is he always dominating the paint, or is his midrange jumper developing? Does Mike Malone feel like the team showed defensive effort in all parts of the loss? Is Shaq interested in composing another trade? Sorry this franchise is my favorite on OS the season storyline is great

          Kings Unhappy
          Tired of losing.
          Nick Borges | ESPN.com

After starting off the season 1-6, including several blowout losses, the Sacramento King players are starting to get a little unhappy.

After Wednesday nights murder from the Brooklyn Nets, a couple of players took to Twitter to voice their frustration:

These are only 2 of the tweets, but there was a total of 7 from 4 different players on the roster. The other 2 players were Carl Landry and Marcus Thorton.

Part time owner Shaquille O'Neal promised the fans that the Kings would make the playoffs. It doesn't look like they are anywhere near contender form yet though.

Will there be a major move in Sac-Town?

Stay tuned for the next update

****Just wanted to take some time to thank all my amazing followers and also to pose a question for you guys... What are your thoughts on what I should do? Go all in and get a superstar to okay with the current core I have going? Or maybe trade a major piece such as DMC? Or try to gain some picks and rebuild through the draft? I will not be posting an update until I get a couple of opinions, I really need to do something, I can't just sit here as a garbage team lol. Thanks guys!

I've been a silent follower. I would think maybe dealing DMC for a nice package. I'm sure you could significantly upgrade a lot of spots there

Thanks for taking the time to post. Any suggestions on who to go for? I don't have any big ideas.

Re: Welcome to Shaqramento: A King's Association

First off here on NBA News we have unhappy players:

Rudy Gay: Rudy is very frustrated with his current situation in Toronto. The team isn't winning. Currently they are 4-6 but a terrible 1-5 on the road. Rudy is currently averaging 22 points a game but only 2 other players are averaging double digits.

Andrew Bynum: He is playing very well in Cleveland this year, averaging 16 pts and 9 rebounds but he is very concerned about his future there. He said in interviews yesterday that he wasn't sure if the team wants to/is going to resign him. Could his 1 year term in Cleveland be up that fast?

Demarcus Cousins: DMC is playing a career low 27 minutes per game this year and only averaging 6.6 rebounds per game when his career average is 9.7. He is a also very frustrated with his team in Sacramento and how they are playing. Could he request a trade if nothing changes?

These are the 3 major unhappy players and bad situations around the league.

We will update you if anything else happens.

I have no clue. The jazz trade of dwill bad nuggets of Melo for young guys are really paying off right now I am thinking you could move cousins for 2-4 solid players. Who needs a center In your dynasty ?

nice story! This link might be old but may help you think:

There's no doubting that DeMarcus Cousins has enough talent to be a franchise cornerstone for the Sacramento Kings . However, even the best players need a legitimate wingman to take their teams to the next level...

                            ***BREAKING NEWS***

The Kings and Lakers have just agreed to a trade that will send Pau Gasol and Nick Young to Sacramento in exchange for Carl Landry, Jason Thompson and a 2015 1st round pick.

This trade isn't a surprise though, as the Kings players were very unhappy with their lack of talent and this seems to be a huge help.

They bring in a legit power forward as well as a great 3 point shooter.

Will Sacramento players like this? Will this put the temperamental Demarcus Cousins at ease?

We will continue to update you throughout the season.

                              New-Look Kings can't handle Pistons
                              Rough, Tough Game
                              Nick Borges | ESPN.com

[i]Well the Kings almost had the comeback of the century. Down by 19 heading into the fourth, it seemed as all hope was lost.

Then, just then, did I see an amazing glimpse of what this team was capable of. The Kings went on a 23-4 run to eventually tie the game up. They were led by the newly acquired Pau Gasol, Nick Young, and Gordon Hayward.

But then, everything snapped back into reality and we started to lose what we had just earned. We allowed 8 straight points, all off turnovers. In the end we came close, but ended up losing 113-110.

As for the stats go, we held Detroit to 34% shooting, but that doesn't really mean anything when they take 20 more shots than you. Sacramento shot 54% but a terrible 45% from the line (13-29). Detroit also had 18 offensive rebounds while we had a mere 3.

We had an amazing game from Gordon Haywar., Hayward had a monster game finishing with an exceptional 15 (yep that's one-five) rebounds! He also had 21 points and shot 7-11 from the field. Pau Gasol and Nick Young each had another 20 points and Pau managed to grab 5 rebounds. Demarcus Cousins struggled all night, only grabbing 3 boards but finishing with 16 points.

As for the Pistons, Josh Smith had 23 points, Rodney Stuckey had 20 and Greg Monroe and Brandon Jennings each had 17.

The Sacramento Kings are now 1-7, and dead last in the Western Conference. Their next game is November 17th versus the Memphis Grizzlies.
