          Army Sneaks By Bison, 56-55

          First Half

          Fitzgerald puts in a layup and after Jacobson hits a 3pter, Evans makes 1 of 2 free throws and Tyree cans two free throws to give Bucknell a 5-3 lead with just under 15:00 remaining. Jacobson sinks a short fallaway jumper then after Tyree buries a 3pter, Jacobson makes two free throws and Thompson puts in a layup to give Army the lead. Mobley swishes a short jumper to give the Bison back the lead then Jacobson drills a 3pter to give the Black Knights the lead, 12-10, halfway through the opening period. Jacobson and Bey bank in jumpers and after Hazel puts in a layup, Viegas buries a hook. Evans drains a short turnaround jumper and Tyree banks in a layup to pull Bucknell to wilthin a bucket, 18-16, with 5:00 left. Thompson makes two free throws and George drains a runner then after Fitzgerald puts in a layup, Bey cans 1 of 2 free throws. Behan nails a 3pter then Bey slams in a dunk on a fast break and Jacobson converts a 3-point play to give Army a seven point lead at the half. Army's Jacobson leads all scorers with 15 points and Tyree leads Bucknell with 7.

          Second Half
          Behan and Zastoupil trade layups and after Behan hits a 3pter, Bey tips in a rebound. Hazel and Jacobson trade jumpers then Behan buries a 3pter to pull Bucknell to within three, 34-31, with just under 15:00 remaining. Evans sinks a jumper and Hazel buries a 3pter to give Bucknell the lead then Tyree drops in three layups on fast breaks. Jacobson nails a jumper and a 3pter to pull Army to within three, 42-39, midway through the second half. Evans puts in a layup and after Jacobson hits a 3pter, Hazel buries a jumper. Jacobson drains a runner and Goodman drops in a layup on a fast break to tie the game then Hazel and Fitzgerald put in layups. After a layup by Richard, Tyree makes 1 of 2 free throws to give the Bison a three point lead, 51-48, with 5:00 left. Thompson slams in a dunk on a fast break and Jacobson puts in a couple of layups to give the Black Knights the lead. Mobley banks in a layup then after Thompson hits a jumper, Hazel drops in a layup with 35 seconds to go and Bucknell starts fouling. Goodman is sent to the line and he misses the front end of the 1-and-1. The Bison bring the ball upcourt only a point behind and Army's defense forces Blackgrove to shoot a 3pter at the buzzer but the ball bounces off the rim and is rebounded by Bey to end the game.

                    First Half

                    Guiler sinks a turnaround jumper and Tangara banks in a layup then Jacobson converts a 3-point play. Jacobson buries a jumper and Thompson puts in a layup to give Army a 7-4 lead with less than 15:00 remaining. Guiler nails a hook then after Zastoupil tips in a rebound, Thompson makes 1 of 2 free throws. Zastoupil cans a hook then Ramsey drains a turnaround jumper to pull Colgate to within four, 12-8, halfway through the first half. Thompson buries a 3pter and after Cable sinks a jumper, Thompson makes 1 of 2 free throws. Bryant and Tangara put in layups then after Jonson tips in a rebound to give the Raiders the lead, Tangara drops in a layup to give Colgate a three point lead, 19-16, with 5:00 left.                         Army Holds Off Leopards, Wins Patriot League Title, 65-55

                        First Half

                        Gruner hits a 3pter and Koltun nails a turnaround jumper then Lynch puts in a layup and Gruner cans a jumper as Lafayette opens the game with a 9-0 run. Jacobson drills a 3pter then after Lynch banks in a layup, Zastoupil sinks a jumper. Gruner drills a jumper and Carlisle drops in a layup to give the Leopards a 15-5 lead with 15:00 remaining. Zastoupil banks in a layup and lays in a rebound then after Hines hits a turnaround jumper, Bey nails a jumper. Carlisle and Thompson trade making 1 of 2 free throws and after Thompson again cans 1 of 2 free throws, Thompson drains two more free throws. Ogunoye banks in a jumper then Goodman drills 1 of 2 free throws to pull Army to within four, 20-16, halfway through the first half. Gruner knocks down a turnaround jumper and after Jacobson banks in a layup, Ogunoye makes a pair of free throws. Thompson hits a 3pter then Rios swishes a jumper to give Lafayette a five point lead, 26-21, with 5:00 left. Goodman makes 1 of 2 free throws and after Lynch sinks a jumper, Bey drops in a layup. Koltun cans a hook then Zastoupil drops in a layup on a fast break to pull Army to within three, 40-37, with just under 15:00 remaining. Hines banks in a jumper then after Zastoupil makes two free throws, Zastoupil sinks a short jumper and Goodman puts in a layup to give the Black Knights the lead. Hines drains a hook to give Lafayette the lead then Jacobson hits a 3pter and a jumper to give Army a four point lead, 48-44, midway through the second half. Goodman puts in a layup then Lynch hits a 3pter and Gruner drops in a layup. Jacobson and Andersson trade jumpers and after Richard nails a short fallaway jumper, Thompson banks in a layup on a fast break and is injured while being fouled. Richard misses the free throw then Carlisle banks in a layup on a fast break to pull the Leopards to within three, 56-53, with 5:00 left. Thompson's knee is swolen but he can return if needed. Rios sinks a jumper then Zastoupil puts in a layup and swishes a jumper. Lafayette starts fouling and with 30.2 seconds to go sends Goodman to the line. Goodman drains both free throws to ice the game and Jacobson adds a 3pter at the buzzer to provide the winning margin as the Black Knights clinch the Patriot League's regular season title.

                            As the regular season champions of the Patriot League, Army will be the home team for throughout the conference tournament.

                            The Black Knights will host the Lafayette Leopards on in the opening round of the Patriot League postseason tournament on 3/3/10 for the automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
