              2010 Midnight Madness

West Point, NY - Over half of Christl Arena is filled as the 2010-2011 Army Black Knights basketball squad hits the floor for the annual intrasquad game in front of the fans and media.

              Coach Bob Knight's Thoughts:

              - Team is looking raring and ready to go. Coming off of last season, I am expecting big things this season.

              - van de Laar can shoot!! Due to the glut of point guards on the roster, Randy van de Laar will be the starting #2 (shooting) guard. This will amount to two point guards on the floor, much like the Los Angeles Lakers during the early 1980s when they had a starting backcourt of Norm Nixon and Ervin "Magic" Johnson.

              Starting Five
PG Edgar Goodman, Sr - 60
SG Randy van de Laar, Fr - 63
SF Gerald Jacobson, Jr - 78
              PF J.C. Bey, So - 69

              C Dominique Montgomery, Jr - 55
