    You know, I sorta like the basket-by-basket recaps but I don't have the patience to type that much. Plus, I like to get games done in a timely fashion to ward off dirty disc errors. They aren't extremely frequent but you know they could happen.

        With the other ways of journaling the games, I can't really tell what goes on during the game or at key moments. That's why I try to give the readers a sense of being in a seat at the game. These basketball games don't really take too long for me, which is why this thread moves at a quick pace, plus I have plenty of time, for now, to play the games since I work or bowl at night.

        I've read about those dirty disc errors on the 360 but I haven't had a problem with that with the ps2. The game may freeze (so far not with ch2k7) at rare times but that's it. As a precaution, I save the legacy before each game so that I can go right back to where I left off in case something happens during the game.

              First Half

              Jacobson hits a 3pter and after Zaharias banks in a jumper, Bey and Goodman each put in layups. Akingbade makes 1 of 2 free throws then Jacobson and Goodman both drop in layups to give Army an 11-3 lead with just under 15:00 remaining. van de Laar banks in a couple of layups then after Neal tips in a rebound and Zaharias slams in a dunk, van de Laar cans two free throws to give the Black Knights a ten point lead, 17-7, halfway through the opening period. Challed makes a pair of free throws and after van de Laar hits a 3pter, both Challed and Neal bank in layups. Jacobson buries a 3pter and Norwood banks in a hook then Goodman cans two free throws. George puts in a layup on a fast break then Zaharias stops the 9-0 Army run by slamming in a dunk on a fast break to pull Brown to within 14, 29-15, with under 5:00 left. Fleming puts in a layup and after George cans 1 of 2 free throws, Ozier tips in a rebound. Jacobson drains a 3pter and drops in a couple of layups on fast breaks then Neal drills a 3pter at the buzzer to pull the Bears to within 15 points at the half. Army's Jacobson leads all scorers with 15 points and Neal leads Brown with 7.

              Second Half
              Jacobson and Akingbade trade layups then after Jacobson sinks a jumper, Neal converts a 3-point play. Akingbade nails a couple of jumpers then Jacobson buries a 3pter to give Army a 13 point lead, 44-31, with 15:00 remaining. Neal and Jacobson trade jumpers and after van de Laar banks in a layup on a fast break, Jacobson sinks another jumper. Millage banks in a jumper then Jacobson hits a 3pter to give the Black Knights an 18 point lead, 53-35, midway through the second half. Millage sinks a hook then Jacobson buries a jumper and van de Laar nails a 3pter to give Army a 21 point lead as the reserves come in to finish the game with less than 5:00 left. Doyle and George bank in layups on fast breaks then after Anderer converts a 3-point play, Anderer makes 1 of 2 free throws. Doyle puts in a layup then Millage buries a runner and Neal drops in a layup to end the game.

                        First Half

                        van de Laar sinks a turnaround jumper and a layup then after Hunt banks in a jumper, Hunt puts in a layup and Sayman hits a 3pter to give Fordham the lead, 7-4, with 15:00 remaining. van de Laar knocks down a 3pter and after Eaton and Hunt each put in layups, Sayman banks in a turnaround jumper. Goodman drops in a layup on a fast break and after Eaton tips in a rebound, Jacobson drops in a layup. van de Laar and Bey both put in layups to tie the game, 15-15, halfway through the opening half. Hunt knocks down a jumper then after van de Laar makes two free throws, Sayman and Jacobson trade 3pters. Jacobson and Hunt trade layups and after van de Laar and Jacobson drop in layups, Hunt sinks a jumper. Griffin drains two free throws then Goodman cans 1 of 2 free throws to tie the game, 27-27, with less than 5:00 left. Doyle and Hunt trade jumpers then after van de Laar and Montgomery both put in layups, Dalgarn banks in a jumper with a couple of seconds to go to pull the Rams to within a bucket at the half. Army's van de Laar leads all scorers with 15 points and Hunt leads Fordham with 14.

                        Second Half
                        Both teams struggle as Hunt hits a 3pter to give Fordham the lead then after a couple of minutes, Bey puts in a layup to give Army the lead, 35-34, with less than 15:00 remaining. Jacobson hits a 3pter and after he converts a 3-point play, Jacobson makes two free throws. Challed sinks a hook then Jacobson buries a jumper and later two free throws as he explodes on a personal 12-2 run to give the Black Knights and 11 point lead, 47-36, midway through the second half. Dalgarn hits a 3pter then after Bey tips in a rebound, George nails a jumper. Griffin puts in a layup and after Gatling and Viegas trade jumpers, Griffin converts a 3-point play to pull the Rams to within seven, 53-46, with less than 5:00 left. Griffin swishes a hook then after Viegas drops in a layup, Griffin hits a 3pter. Viegas makes a pair of free throws and after Santiago cans 1 of 2 free throws, Jacobson buries a jumper with 55.0 seconds to go. Sayman drills a 3pter with 20.4 seconds to play and Fordham starts fouling. van de Laar sinks only the front end of the 1-and-1 then after Bey grabs a rebound, Bey drains both free throws to ice the game.

                            First Half

                            Kragel converts a 3-point play and Blankenship slams in a dunk then Jacobson sinks a jumper and both van de Laar and Jacobson put in layups to give Army the lead. Blankenship dunks in a rebound and after Viegas tips in a rebound, Koger and van de Laar trade 3pters. Blankenship makes two free throws to tie the game, 12-12, with just over 15:00 remaining. Gillingham makes two free throws and Blankenship slams in a dunk then Viegas cans 1 of 2 free throws. van de Laar and Leonard trade layups then van de Laar hits a 3pter to tie the game. Sims lays in a rebound then George drains two free throws to tie the game, 20-20, halfway through the first half. George puts in a layup then Kragel sinks a turnaround jumper and Blankenship jams in a dunk on a fast break. Blankenship slams home another dunk and after McCullough tips in a rebound, Jacobson buries a 3pter to pull the Black Knights to within three, 28-25, with just under 5:00 left. Gillingham knocks down a jumper and after Jacobson hits a 3pter, Kragel and Reece drop in layups. Leonard sinks a hook then van de Laar banks in a turnaround jumper at the buzzer to pull Army to within six at the half. van de Laar has 12 points to lead Army and Blankenship has 12 points to lead Kansas State.

                            Second Half
                            Kragel tips in a rebound and after van de Laar drains a runner, Kragel hits a short jumper. Koger puts in a layup on a fast break then after Jacobson nails a jumper, Gillingham buries a 3pter and slams in a dunk on a fast break. Koger swishes a jumper and after Goodman and Gillingham trade layups, Kansas State has a 14-point lead, 51-37, with 15:00 remaining. Gillingham slams in a dunk and after Jacobson hits a 3pter, Leonard sinks a short jumper and Koger drops in a layup. Jacobson banks in a couple of jumpers then after Kragel lays in a rebound and Blankenship jams home a dunk, Bey makes 1 of 2 free throws to pull Army to within 16, 61-45, midway through the second half. Goodman makes 1 of 2 free throws then after Gillingham slams in a dunk, Bird and Sims trade layups. Koger jams in a dunk and Gillingham banks in a layup and after Bey sinks a hook, Leonard and Sims bank in layups on fast breaks. Koger puts in a couple of layups then Blankenship slams in a dunk and Koger hits a 3pter to give the Wildcats a 32-point lead, 82-50, with 5:00 left. Sims and Mallory put in layups then after van de Laar buries a jumper, Jacobson makes two free throws. Schmieder banks in a short jumper and after Reece and Schmieder drop in layups, Jacobson drills a couple of 3pters to finish the game.
