I know. Everybody else is doing terrible except for Schilling. I hope Dice-K can do better in my next game than his 2 2/3 inning performance las time.

Thanks for following! I hope I can get some more wins, I'm looking like the Devil Rays!

That was a tough game. We scored 4 runs in the 9th to send it to extras, but Gagne blew it in the 11th inning and we lost our second straight game to move to a very disappointing 2-6 start. Matsuzaka pitched six inning giving up 2 runs and 6 hits in the no-decision.

Well, we lost again. Wakefield did not pitch well and we didn't get much offense going. On the bright side, Coco Crisp blasted a homerun over the Green Monster in the 7th inning, unbelievably, the first homerun the Red Sox have hit this season. That is one reason the Red Sox cannot get any offense going.

Well, we finally got some nice offense and a win! Rookie 2nd baseman Deustin Pedroria and designated hitter David Ortiz both homered in the game. Jon Lester struggled, giving up 5 runs in 5 innings, but came away with the win anyways to move to 1-0 on the season.

Haha, yeah! Last in every offensive category except stolen bases with the #1 rated contact and power hitting teams in the game. If I did this bad with the Devil Rays, I'd probably be hitting like .150 or something, LOL!

I think I am getting better. In the Angels game, we got a season high 2 homers and 10 hits along with a season high 8 runs. Our pitching has done fairly well, all we have to do is start hitting.

This one really hurt. Schilling was pitching a gem up until the 7th inning. He gave up a run and I put Mike Timlin in with 2 runners on base already. Timlin gave up a homerun and the Angels went up 4-3. They scored 2 more in the 8th and I got one in the bottom of the inning to make it 6-4 Angels.

We didn't pitch well, but hit very well. We racked up a season high 17 hits (.425 batting average) and 3 homeruns in the game. Manny Ramirez hit his first homer of the year along with J.D. Drew and Julio Lugo. Kevin Youkilis racked up 4 singles in the game. Matsuzaka went 5 1/3 innings and gave up 6 hits and 4 runs, 2 of them earned in the no decision. Papelbon ran into some trouble in the 9th, but got out of it giving up only one run to get the his 4th save this season.

Tim Wakefield had a great game. He gave up just 1 run and 2 hits in 7 innings. David Ortiz, on the offensive side, was great. He hit his 3rd homerun of the season and also totaled 3 RBIs for the game. He has 9 so far this year. Eric Gagne was pitching the 9th inning when he pulled his hamstring for the second time this year. He will be out for 9 days, although I moved him to the 15 day DL and replaced him with middle reliever Bob Dixon (78 OVR).
