My expansion team, I'll be keeping an update with my created team (and created players). I probably won't update this for a while because of roster updates (i'm not connected online with my PS2 so it'll take a while).

BTW, I'll be playing in the AL because I don't want to mess with my favorite team.

Season starts off with a three game series at Yankee Stadium. I've won two straight with scores of 11-10 and 13-7. My ace was out with a concussion so my second starter had to go on opening day. He got rattled and didn't earn the win. The second game, Hendricks pitched a complete game, but blew the shut out in the sixth inning. Both pitchers were touched up at least 3 times in the two games.

Finished series with Yanks, lost 6-9 on a grand slam by Jeter, Arias tagged with the loss. The Washington Armadillos are next.

Two games into the series against the Washington Armadillos, both wins of 5-2 and 7-0. In both games, both starters have allowed no ER and have a combined 15 K. The Fury are tied in first place with Texas with records of 4-1. Jeff Carpenter started in his first game, but missed the opener because of a concussion, rookie Marvin Sanchez pitched a complete game, shut out.

Two games into the series against the Washington Armadillos, both wins of 5-2 and 7-0. In both games, both starters have allowed no ER and have a combined 15 K. The Fury are tied in first place with Texas with records of 4-1. After seven games in the regular season, the Fury are 6-1, still tied in first with the Rangers. The Fury and the Armadillos continue their six game head-to-head matchups at DC Ballpark.

After a horrible pitching start in the first three games, only two runs have been allowed, none earned. Ace Jeff Carpenter finally catches up after missing a game to a concussion. AFter two games, he has pitched 16.2 innings, 18 K's and an ERA of 0.00.

The Season continues with two more games against the Armadillos.

After seven games in the regular season, the Fury are 6-1, still tied in first with the Rangers. The Fury and the Armadillos continue their six game head-to-head matchups at DC Ballpark.

Another win over the Armadillos, 12-5, but starter Tony Hendricks surrendered 5 ER is his second start, putting the total ER against him to 12 ER.

The Fury has not used a single reliever since the home opener, the fourth game of the season.

After finishing a season sweep of the Armadillos and taking the first two games against the Tigers, the Fury find themselves in first place 1.5 games in front of Texas. Ace Jeff Carpenter has pitched well in his three starts... having an ERA of 0.00 and 25 K's. Jack of the rotation, Marvin Sanchez, also has been pitching well. He has an ERA of 0.55, and struck out 8 in his previous outing.

The Fury hope that starters Patrick Delgado and Tony Hendricks return to their dominating forms from last season.
