                Last game in April for the Fury, who enter it with an unbelieveable record of 19-2. The game scheuled early in the morning at The Mac against the Angels, who are 10-11 and sitting at fourth place.

                Patrick Delgado was slated to start, and he continued to struggle at the mound. His K's are down from the previous year, and they are really below what was expected.

                The game lasted 12 innings with the linescore of:

                Delgado gave up 7 runs, 5 earned.
                Dudlak didn't give up anything.
                Alkazar gave up a run.
                Lasorn only gave up hits, but that was it.
                Arias didn't give up anything.

                Player of the game was Greg Bagwell, who went 3-6 with two HR's, one the walk-off shot.

                The Fury enter May with a record of 20-2 and have full confidence in their next week of games.

                Meanwhile, Season Awards show this:

                    First Game of the May and the second game against the Angels, the Fury just unloaded their offense. WIth Jamal West earning 4 SB's in the game and with Carl Alfonso and Greg Bagwell pulling off back to back shots.

                    Tony Hendricks didn't have a high strikeout count, but he was effective, only allowing 2 ER's, 5 totaly because of the error by Alex Dillon. In this game, Robert Knowles was slated for DH because of his sore arm, so Derrick Henderson started at third for the game.

                    Final Score: Vancouver 16, Anaheim 5

                    Greg Bagwell earned another player of the game by going 3-4 with a homer and 3 RBI's.

                    The Fury are now 21-2.

                    The only changes in awards was Sam Dunn entering the Golden Hammer Award and Tony Hendricks competing against Jeff Carpenter for the Cy Young Award.

                    Vancouver Notes: Both Jeff Carpenter and Robert Knowles may spend sometime in the minors to rehab fromt their injuries.

                            Vancouver increases it's second winning streak of the season to nine after an amazing come back against the O's. The O's did their damage to ace Jeff Carpenter, who gave up 6 ER's and his first home run, which apparently was a grand slam that made it seem like the game was out of reach. But with one away, SS Alex Dillon came through with a double. 3B Robert Knowles followed up with a league tying 7th triple. 1B Greg Bagwell drove in Robert Knowles with a double. The score was soon 7-8 with the O's still leading. In the bottom of the eighth, a couple of runs came in, including a solo shot by Greg Bagwell, who has a league tying 11 by this day. Ryan Earnhardt came in and got his third straight save, seven in his last ten games, and 13 overall. Only Urbina has more than the southpaw (14 with a blown save). Earnhardt has yet to blow a save (knocks on wood).

                            Recent Transactions:
                            After this game, Carpenter was sent to the minors to clear his sustaining concussion. Knowles will follow suit as soon as it permits (if he is sent down at the wrong time, then he'll be placed and claimed off waivers). Pitcher prospect, Keith Tomko, will replace Carpenter until he is ready to come back. Tomko is guaranteed one start in the season.

                                To computer controlling my pitchers, there aren't getting what they're supposed to be getting so I just came up with that the computer can't cheat against it's own self. First pitcher to have this is none other than struggling Patrick Delgado. He pitched a complete game, giving up a run, three hits, and striking out 5. The team is now 25-2 (hmm... the computer can't captilize on my sputtering offense, which have only scored about 3 runs average per game).
