    Hoyas represented.

With the updated rosters out, how long do you think you will go with this? I know you're very antsy to get some run with Davis & Zeller.

Is there a completed roster update yet with this years rosters?

Also Stewart what sliders are you using?
CHoops 2k8 is still my favorite sports video game of all time!
I played 10 seasons with Indiana, 10 with ND and 1 each with Cincinnati, USC, Duke, and Xavier last year. I was the only game I played for about 6 months.

I dl'd some off 2K share and the major schools I looked at looked good. I don't know if the lesser conferences are up yet.

Yea they were well represented to say the least!

I don't think I'm going to even both with new rosters any time soon. I've put in so much time with this dynasty I think it's about time I stick with one. Plus I already signed some guys for next season and one of them is a 5* AA, which as you all know is INSANELY difficult to do in this game.

I can post my sliders a little later if you're interested. I'll tell you this: they are fast and much different than the feel of NBA 2K9 if that's what you're currently used to!

Yeah if you dont mind post them in here.
I have played one 29 game season with NBA 2K9 and am already done with that game.
It just doesnt have the replay value that this game has.

#6 USC defeats #7 Texas 86-72 in Austin

USC dominated the boards (36 to 28) and got to the FT line (26 to 7) to help get the victory. The Trojans only shot 41% from the field but went 24-26 from the FT line, which was the difference in the game.

USC had a 23 point lead in the game but Texas stormed back to cut it to 8. USC would then regroup and push the lead back out to 19 before they settled with a 14 points victory

                USC Stats:
Sr. Daniel Hackett: 11 pts, 3 ast, 3 stl
                Sr. Dwight Lewis: 14 pts, 2-7 3pt
Jr. Davon Jerfferson: 17 pts, 5 reb, 3 stl
Sr. Taj Gibson: 17 pts, 13 reb, 9-10 ft
So. Angelo Fellows: 10 pts, 8 reb
                Fr. Khalif Lenzly: 9 pts, 2-5 3pt

USC improves to 5-2 on the season but falls to #10 in the nation after their 1-1 week.

                Recruiting roundup
USC signs 5* PG Malcolm Riley (6-3, 200) out of Irvine, CA. He was a HS All-American and chose to stay close to home to play for the Trojans. Has a chance to start right away next year as Daniel Hackett is graduating.
                Skills:
                #24 overall prospect, #11 PG
                A+ Defense
                A Athleticism
                A- Shooting & Skills
                B+ Potential
                B Intelligence
                B- Size
                C Rebounding

USC signs 4* SG Steven Newsom (6-2, 186) out of Riverside, CA. He averaged 19.3 pts and 6.1 reb on his AAU team the Blocksters. Will have to battle for PT with Khalif Lenzly next season at the SG position.
                Skills:
                #51 overall prospect, #13 SG
                A Athleticism
                A- Shooting, Defense, & Potential
                B Skills & Intelligence
                B- Rebounding
                C+ Size

USC signs 3* SF Andrew Cleveland (6-7, 232) out of Los Angeles, CA. Averaged 15.5 pts and 7.3 rebounds for his AAU team the Dodgerz. He is well built for a SF and could also play the 4. If Davon Jefferson decides to go pro, Cleveland might be in the starting lineup because SF is a thin position for USC.
                Skills:
                #158 overall prospect, #36 SF
                A- Shooting & Athleticism
                B+ Intelligence & Size
                B Defense
                B- Skills, Rebounding, & Potential

USC is leading the race for 3* PF Rhasheed Washington (6-8, 207) out of Los Angeles, CA. He looks to be a big body down low who needs to mature. Definitely not going to light up the scoreboard.
*Actually he signed with me after I simmed through the current Sunday. Now I have zero recruiting to do for the rest of the season.

Damn you got me wanting to pop this game back in now. I'm really trying to wait for the updated rosters to be completed, but with this marathon of college basketball in my face, I almost can't resist!

Yea I definitely caught the fever and EA's option isn't an option.

I am going to do this legacy until my game breaks.

IMO, EA's 'option' has never been a real option.

In my Florida dynasty, I'm in my 3rd season and signed the #1 recruit in the nation. He's basically looking to be a Kevin Durant clone, but I haven't gone to picking up the game again to finish out this season. Not only was it the first time I've signed a #1 overall player in a class, but he is actually the first 5* player I've EVER signed in my CHoops career (dates back to 2k5). With that said, I want to start a legacy with my UMass Minutemen when the new rosters come out, but I feel like I owe it to myself to play with this kid. What to do what to do....

Keep up the good work with this dynast!

Yea signing 5* kids is not easy! I'd stick with your current one because when you get back into it you'll reminisce and you'll be further along.

Obviously this is what I did and I enjoy it!

I need to realize I don't have 3-point shooters on my team and quit throwing them up! My highest 3-point rating is 82 on Angelo Johnson. I get a bunch of open looks and "clank!". In NBA 2K9 my team is full of shooters and I'm used to firing away!

Your team looks to be strong for several years to come. I am looking forward to catching up on my reading and seeing what you do the rest of the way out. I just started posting my legacy here. I was over at 2k forums but their new layout sucks. If you get a chance check out Coack Akpan. I am in year 10. I just took over at UNLV after winning National titles at San Francisco, Oregon St and Texas Tech.

Personally for me I love this game. I am excited about starting a new closed legacy once the rosters are done but until then I am loving my legacy.
