Followup on the MAAC Conference Championship

The way my team was playing throughout the conference tourney, I felt I had a really good shot at making the big dance. I got rid of the jitters by beating rider and cruised by fairfield.

Since I was up by 6 in the championship game, I seriously felt too comfortable early on in the second half, and when i got behind i took a lot of bad shots and they lit me for 55 for the half.

Manhattan is really starting to become a PITA as of late. I miss the game tying buzzer beater and lost on senior night and now they ran me off the court to advance to the big dance. They have some pretty solid shooters and only 2 seniors, so I can see this as a potential rivalry in the future.

Now that my season is over I dunno the off season is gonna pan out recruiting wise. Rashon Dwight and Deshaune Griffin have very low confidence and are likely to leave the team giving me 4 schollies instead of 2. So it will be interesting to see if that becomes a possibility or not.

The more suprising line out of the tournament is that there were 8 first round upsets and the biggest being 16 seeded oral roberts taking down number 1 washington by 12.
