              It's Rookie, Pro, All-Star, Superstar

I get killed on Superstar and it's not any fun so I stick to All-Star.

k thats fine you might experiment with sliders to make superstar easier or all star harder

If he is getting good games, with decent stats, and he's having fun, what does it matter? I never understood the argument about "you need to move up sliders" If he was 21-1, 20-2, I would say, yes, probably time to up the sliders...But he's losing 1 out of every 3 games right now. Granted, if he keeps it up, he'll have a 110 point season, but the chances of that are pretty slim. You would expect at least one slide over the course of the season.

I enjoy the level that I am playing at. If I wanted to make it harder or easier, that is my choice. I may make slider adjustments throughout the season or I may not. If you don't like it, tough ****. This isn't one of your 3 dynasties or 9 be a pro threads that you have started since this season. If you don't like something I'm doing, PM me for clarification or don't read the thread. I don't like games where I feel the need to break my controller. Sure, I had 2 shutouts in a row, but just a few games before that I got shutout back to back. I have no players in the league leaders except for in the rookies section. I don't think I'm dominating anything that would warrant a slider or level update.

Pebble, you try out those sliders yet? I only have the same complaint that everyone else has.. not enough CPU shots.

Also, since the patch I don't think I've had a defenseman score with a slapshot from the point. I've had deflections go in but none with just a blast.

Actually, yes. I really like them. I got 2 or three good games out of them, I think I will be using them for my dynasty....getting that together and ready to post within the couple of days... Your name will be coming up in the trade news

I realize that I bit off a little more than I can chew with my 3 sport dynasty. There is not near enough time in the day for work, wife, fatherhood and 3 different video games...so, im sticking to hockey.

I played about 4 more games with them tonight. I have such an awful time scoring this year....it's really frustrating. Have a tough time getting set up in the off. zone, and then an even tougher time scoring.

I scored 3 goals in two games against Boston, whereas they scored 11. They had 33 and 37 shots in each of those games. Then I played two against the Kings, and won 3-1 in one game, and 2-1 in another. The Kings had 17 shots in one game, and another small amount in another.

Something about this year's game seems really off to me. I have a lot of trouble with the new line change system. While more realistic, the players aren't very responsive to it. If I am chasing after a dump in my own end, and call for my offense to change, they won't do it until I get the puck and are skating toward the neutral zone. The guys just seem to take off and go to the bench when they please. I had the CPU make a line change for me while I was on the PK, and literally all four of my guys bolted for the bench while the CPU was set up in my zone, leaving a 4 on 1.

The line changes are out of whack in this game, that's why i can't play with auto changes. Gotta play manual and dump and change when you get the chance.
