The Wizards and Heat, two teams that played just a couple days before, traveled to South Beach to do it all over again.

Perhaps embarrassed with their last outing, the Heat came out with something to prove in this game. Dwyane Wade and Rasual Butler came out of the tunnel shooting the lights out, complimented perfectly by Shaq's rebounding. Miami jumped out to a first half lead of 7 points, and the Wizards looked to be in trouble.

In the second half, however, Washington stormed back. Gilbert Arenas lead the way for the Wizards, taking Wade off the dribble and scoring on numerous occassions. Jamison and Brown chipped in, too, making a quick comeback. Washington, at one time, had a 9 point lead, but that was quickly erased by the Heat. At the end of the game, the Wizards held on, beating the Heat for the second time in a row, 92-87.

    Player Of The Game

    Gilbert Arenas
    21 points, 8-13 FG's, 15 assists, 4 rebounds

    Jamison - 18 points, 6 rebounds
    Brown - 15 points, 7 rebounds

    Wade - 22 points, 12 assists, 4 rebounds
    Shaq - 11 points, 18 rebounds
    Butler - 20 points, 4 assists, 4 rebounds, 4 steals

    Points in Paint:
    Washington - 52
    Miami - 52

        On The Block..

        Jason Terry

Terry has been placed on the trading block by Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks team. Terry, 27, is entering the prime of his career, and is a dynamic shooter and scorer. However, he does not mesh well with Dallas and is now on the way out.

The Washington Wizards have expressed interest in Jason Terry, and Gilbert Arenas has voiced his opinion about perhaps playing with another former Arizona Wildcat.

"I mean, he's an awesome player. I'd be glad to share the court with him and show these kids how to play basketball."

The Magic went up to DC to take on the Wizards, hoping to spoil Washington's perfect season.

From the get-go, this one was no contest. Antawn Jamison and Gilbert Arenas both came out, firing on all cylinders. Stevie Franchise played well, but consistantly turned the ball over. To make a long story short, this game was never close, and the Wizards took it 97-71.

                    Arenas - 21 points, 19 assists, 8 rebounds
                    Walker - 6 points, 14 rebounds

That's a lot of turnovers, but I doubt he was really turning the ball over that many times. You know about the TO bug right>?

Yeah, but most of them were terrible passes.

I use half court pressure, and force a lot of bad passes into the defense and out of bounds. It's the only way my defense can get anything accomplished.

The Washington Wizards traveled to Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio to take on the Cavaliers, hoping to dismantle King James and Co.

Very competitive from the get-go, this contest figured to be a great one. The two squads traded baskets for much of the first half, neither producing an outstanding run. Larry Hughes lead the Wizards in scoring in the early going, and Eric Snow actually carried the bulk of the offense for the Cavs. Going into the intermission, the score was locked at 42.

The second half continued right where the first one left off, with both teams trading scores and neither being able to pull away. LeBron James, who was quiet for much of the first two quarters, poured it on in the second half. Gilbert Arenas took the torch from Hughes as the Wizards leading scorer, and helped cap off a 12-2 run with a huge three-pointer from the corner. In the late minutes, the Cavs staged a comeback, and managed to tie the contest at 90 apiece with only 12 seconds left. Washington gave the ball to the hot-hand, Arenas, who took a pick and hit a fade-away three with 4 seconds left. Cleveland was unable to connect on their long three point attempt, giving the Wizards the 93-90 win.

                                Hughes - 23 points, 3 steals, 3-5 3pt FG's
                                Jamison - 17 points, 4 rebounds
