Much appreciated! I agree. Pulling this one over on Kansas makes me feel better about the botched ending of Texas State. And, glad that's how the graphics are received. Was shooting for something simple but able to have anyone pop in and have a good understanding on how the realignment was playing out

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)
With UNLV getting upset, it seems that the system has fallen into proper order. By losses and who they have beaten, Louisville and Clemson are the clear top two. Oklahoma does not really deserve to be in at this point with their one and only T25 game being a loss. Some of the other Top 10 teams will have a chance to make a big jump if it all plays out Conference Championship weekend.
My game was an absolutely baptizing. They were 91 rated on both sides and just wore me out. Their defense was everywhere and losing my RB early just set me up for disaster. Threw several really unique picks. All-in-all, just a better team. Will have to clean it up these next two weeks if we want to make a bowl.Comment

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)
I do the 4-team playoff and find it to be really easy to implement *knock on wood that I don't screw it up one time, haha*. If you just are focused on the playoff games and don't change any other bowls then it is really easy. The tutorial videos on Youtube by Wildcat or whatever his username is are easy to follow and once you test it once or twice you should have no problem with it. Just always have a backup save or two just in case.Check out my Pitt Panthers Dynasty (NCAA Football 14)

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)
Well Clemson getting blown out throws off my basis that things seemed in-line. I think nearly every team in the Top 10 has a case so I am probably going to look into instituting a playoff.
My game was heartbreaking. Despite Houston's backup 70 overall quarterback playing- the dude never missed. I was able to sack him a good amount on some man blitzes and my offense moved pretty well. However, neither offense could push in a score and defense couldn't get them off the field. Might have to edit the FG Power slider some because I missed three under 40 yards with perfect accuracy and power (on the bar at least) with the wind with an 84 overall kicker. Sucks but we have one more shot at a bowl game.Comment

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)
Four potential playoff contenders all went down in Week 14. Clemson, Alabama, Notre Dame, and Michigan State all taking L's and basically removing any chance they had of making it. However, there might be an angle for one of them. How about USC coming on strong here at the end?
My game was another case of robbery. Wyoming's QB was very good. Killed me scrambling and as I alluded- only had two incompletions all game. What won was truly the defense bending and not breaking to force field goals. I don't normally play kickoffs so the CPU returning the kickoff late for a TD was nice haha. Hopefully onto a bowl!Comment

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)
Interesting week of Conference Championship games. Clemson went from title game shoe-in to not even in the conference title game. SEC went from the powerhouse division to lowest ranking conference title game, however, Florida still holds the #4 spot. Louisville already defeated Michigan State once by a landslide and should do again. Oklahoma has their second shot at a ranked team. And of all conferences, the PAC12 comes on late with the highest matchup between redeemers Oregon and USC.
The G5 championships are pivotal too. Boston College, from my judgement, has earned a playoff spot with two top 25 wins and their only loss being by 13 to #1 Louisville. Memphis and UNLV not so much but UNLV at least gets a chance to redeem their loss to Nevada.
#5 Texas A&M isn't playing in a title game either. I would like to make predictions for the four-team playoff but I will just have to let the dust settle after this week.Comment

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)
Here are the Top 10 teams nominated for the four-team 2020 College Football Playoff under "The Great Realignment":
Louisville has been the standout team of the year- decimating even the toughest competition. Their only loss came early in a rival game versus Kentucky. The Cardinals are an absolute lock for the CFP.
Syracuse's resume isn't spectacular. But they haven't loss in over two months and have two Top 25 wins + a conference title. If they had gotten to rematch Clemson and won- it'd be a no question. They are probable for the CPB.
Florida is HUGE question mark. Four top 25 wins, and only one loss (overtime to Georgia) since starting 0-2. Not being able to play for the conference title hurt them as they could have redeemed a loss.
Texas A&M has slid in the backdoor to a Top 5 ranking. Their claim to fame is dethroning Oklahoma, however, they have not won any other Top 25 games. nor did they play for the conference title.
Memphis' only shot was going undefeated. With a loss to measly Western Kentucky and no Top 25 wins. There isn't a great argument to include a non-Power 5 team with their resume.
Oregon is another team that started bad and ended strong. They haven't lost in two months, have two Top 25 wins, and won their conference. The flipside? They have three losses to three non-Top 25 teams.
UNLV is like Memphis in that they needed to be undefeated to have a great shot to get in. Losing to a midpack Nevada team hurt their chances. Despite redeeming that loss in the conference title game- their resume is not impressive for a non-P5 team.
Oklahoma did everything right except win the big games. No Top 25 victories, no conference title, no long winstreak. Despite being a head honcho all year, they don't deserve a long look.
Notre Dame falls in the same boat. They played well and was among the top teams all year but we have seen their best against top teams. With nothing to really hang their hat on, they don't have much momentum.
Boston College, despite their constant disrespect in the rankings, should easily qualify for the playoffs. This is impressive considering they are not a P5 team. However, they check every box with two Top 25 wins, only one loss to #1 Louisville, a great offense/defense, the longest winstreak in football, and a conference title.Comment

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)
Would love to hear your all's opinion on who should get into the four-team CFP.
My personally opinion is something like:
(1) Louisville
(2) Boston College
(3) Syracuse
(4) Oregon, Florida, Texas A&M?
It's hard to decide whether 3-losses is worse than not being a conference champ.Comment

I'd say Louisville, Syracuse, Boston College, and then for the final spot toss up between either Memphis or Texas A&M.Check out my Pitt Panthers Dynasty (NCAA Football 14)

Re: The Great Realignment (NCAA 14)
For me it would have been Louisville, Syracuse, BC, A&M, in that order. Get out of here with three losses
