Yakupov could be better. Did you like your draft? It will be interesting to see how these young guys turn out. I think your 1st draft choice could have been better, but further down the line it there are some guys who could get NHL skaters.

Overall, I really did like my draft. I had 4 first round picks and they all seem like they need a bunch of time fine tuning their skills but their actual stats aren't bad. Yakupov I thought would be a standout and I totally forgot about him until he was at the top of the list. He totally disappointed me. I think a lot of these guys have the potential to be a Flame someday! Will be nice to see which ones do

              RFA Signing:

The Calgary Flames have signed the Colorado Avalanche’s Restricted Free Agent Defenseman Erik Johnson to a 5 year 5.515M per season contract. came in last place in the NHL last season and Erik did not want to be apart of the team any longer. The Flames are near the lower level of the Salary Cap and could afford to offer Erik a monster contract. Tge Flames gave up their 2013 1st and 3rd Round Picks in compensation for signing Erik.

              D Erik Johnson – 88 overall – 5 years at 5.515M per season.

Hey guys, I am going to keep this franchise but also start another one for now. I will back at this one again soon and probably switch between 2.

                      Cheers
