Jordan Eberle is a nice acquisition without having to pay too much. Good stuff.Regrets Aren't Something You Did, It's Something You Didn't Do

Re: RISE UP: A NHL 20 Ottawa Senators BAGM
Chabot-Ryan
Duclair-Brassard-Wellmore
Zaitsev-Brown
I suggest those for PowerPlay
Anisimov-Callahan
Gudbranson-Kronwall
Tierney-Brouwer
Borowiecki-Demelo
And those would be what I would do for your PK
Of course again I'm no coach lol and of course it depends on how players mesh for your teamComment

Re: RISE UP: A NHL 20 Ottawa Senators BAGM
EYES SHIFT TO BELLEVILLE AS SENS CLEAN OUT LOCKERS
April 12th, 2020
The Senators finished off the 2021/22 Season with a 6-1 win over Nashville in a meaningless game. Both teams were out of the playoffs and Ottawa had already secured last spot in the league with their previous loss to Anaheim.
As the team cleaned out their lockers, there were some tender moments as teammates offered words of encouragement to the younger members that are being transferred to Belleville to help chase a Calder Cup. Players like Wellmore, White who had spent the whole season with the big club and also Batherson and Wannstrom, who were call ups late in season. The Baby Sens finished their season strong and captured second place in the Eastern Conference. The playoff experience of what it takes to win a series will be invaluable to these young players in the years to come.
As for the Ottawa Senators they would finish with a 27-47-8 record and 32nd in the league. Although the Senators have been rebuilding since 2017/18 Season, this is the lowest point total for the team since the 1995/96 season when they went 18-59-5. At the midway mark of the season, the Senators were scoring fairly well, but some injuries to key players like Eberle, Zaitsev and White meant their scoring tapered off at the end of the season. The Senators would finish 27th with 227 Goals For and 32nd with 314 Goals Against (for a -87).
Those injuries also appeared to hamper the teams once efficient Powerplay. The teams Powerplay Percentage dropped to 19%, good enough for 13th. The Senators also allowed a league high 82 Powerplay Goals Against for a PK% of 77 which put them 31st in the league.

Big off-season time. You have a plethora of youth probably ready to make the jump and contribute. May not be making the playoffs next season, but you shouldn't be 32nd again.Regrets Aren't Something You Did, It's Something You Didn't Do

Re: RISE UP: A NHL 20 Ottawa Senators BAGM
It's completely not your fault. I had Assistant Coach on and he changed up the PP and PK units as soon as there was an injury (second sim game) and I didn't catch it in time as I kept simming.
I'm going to get your advice again next season.SENS -

Yea, I'm looking forward to the Draft and I'm actually playing the Calder Cup to get a sense of my young talent. It'll really help me flesh out the depth chart come next year.SENS -
