    NOOOOO, Wild Bill.

No more misfit line in LV. He'll be a great Depth Center for you that can also play on the wing.

          ~~The Niklas Kronwall Sweepstakes~~

Despite being 38 years old and past his prime, we have sources stating that multiple Teams are interested in Niklas Kronwall's services. Kronwall spent this Season with the Toronto Maple Leafs where he helped Toronto clinch their long awaiting spot in the Stanley Cup Finals. He only registered 1 Point in the entire Leafs Playoff run but had 28 Points during the year. We have reports stating that Anaheim, Montreal, and San Jose have interest in Kronwall and other Teams who are in need of a Veteran will follow suit.

              ~~The Joe Thornton Sweepstakes~~

Since Free Agency started on July 1, the San Jose Sharks have been trying to keep "Jumbo Joe" in Northern California. The budding Superstar Center has finally gotten himself a Stanley Cup this year when his Sharks have reached the top of the mountain. Now things appear to have gone south with negotiations as Joe Thornton now has interest from the Buffalo Sabres and Montreal Canadiens.

"I would love to stay with San Jose." Thornton stated. "It's a process listening to offers from the Sharks on trying to find the right deal to return. I'm also listening to other Teams across the league that may offer exactly what I'm looking for."

~~MONTREAL CANADIENS Win the Joe Thornton Sweepstakes~~

The Montreal Canadiens have won the Thornton Sweepstakes! Montreal has signed Free Agent Joe Thornton to a 1 Year/3.805M Deal. Thornton finally won his ring with the San Jose Sharks this year but negotiations fell through when the Sharks and him tried to come to terms on a new contract that would have kept Jumbo Joe in San Jose.

                It wasn't meant to be.

Thornton has signed with the Montreal Canadiens who recently signed Defenseman Niklas Kronwall as it appears that the Habs are going all in this Season and return to the Playoffs.

"It was tough when our negotiations fell through and Montreal was gracious enough to offer me what was a very sweet deal. I loved my time in San Jose and wish we could have made it work but sometimes that's how it goes." Thornton stated.

"Too much Money for what he wanted. We had to make a decision on whether or not to keep pushing." Sharks General Manager Doug Wilson stated.

With Thornton now officially out the door in San Jose, the Sharks will now be without an Alternate Captain.

                ~~Other Signings~~

Of course. I'll have a depth chart up for the new season. Sad to see Thornton Meier, and Nyquist walk but with Wild Bill now on the Roster I'm thinking of putting him in the first line with Pavelski.

"Wild Bill" is now officially a San Jose Shark. The former Golden Knight officially signed a 1 Year/3M Contract today to play for the Sharks. But in order to make Cap Room for their new Superstar, Sharks General Manager Doug Wilson had to make moves.
First Wilson traded Defenseman Justin Braun to the Vegas Golden Knights for a 3rd Roun Draft Pick. Then Wilson traded Melker Karlsson to the Anaheim Ducks for a 4th Round Pick. The moves cleared up enough Space to sign Karlsson.

                            2019-20 NHL SEASON PREVIEW..

                            October 1, 2019

-Pre-Season is over and the new upcoming NHL Season is set to begin Friday Night. With all 31 Teams finalizing their Rosters lets take a look at how your favorite Team is looking for the upcoming Season. We start with the Anaheim Ducks.

                            2019-2020 ANAHEIM DUCKS PREVIEW...

                            General Manager: Bob Murray

                            Head Coach: Randy Carlyle

Anaheim was in the Playoffs last year and made the Second Round after a grueling 7 Game Series with the Calgary Flames in the First Round. The Ducks lost in Six Games to the eventual Cup Champions San Jose Sharks.
This Off-Season the Ducks signed Richard Panik in Free Agency to help boost an already star studded firepower squad.
The Ducks return the iconic duo of Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry along with Shawn Hamilton, Cam Fowler, Rickard Rakell, and Daniel Sprong. Adam Henrique, Josh Manson, and Nick Ritchie will also provide depth for the Ducks. Rookies Sam Steel, Brendan Guhle, Antione Morand, and Troy Terry will all help spark the Flock back into the Stanley Cup Playoffs if they can provide a boost. Netminder John Gibson will be between the pipes and Anaheim will have a 1-2 punch after signing former Calgary Flames Goalie Mike Smith to be the backup.
Anaheim has made the Playoffs the past 6 years straight and should be a Contender this Season to challenge the San Jose Sharks for the Pacific Division Title.

                              2019-2020 ARIZONA COYOTES PREVIEW..

                              General Manager: Bill Guerin

                              Head Coach: Rick Tocchet

The Coyotes are entering a new ERA in 19-20' with Bill Guerin taking over as new General Manager after John Chayka was fired for controversy. Arizona hasn't made the Playoffs since the 2011-2012 Season. Last Season Arizona acquired Chicago Blackhawk Icon Jonathan Toews in a trade and the Coyotes made a push for the Stanley Cup Playoffs. However Arizona fell one step short of the goal when Anaheim who also had 90 Points took the last Playoff spot keeping the "Desert Dogs" on the outside looking in for yet another year.
Tocchet will now have Jonathan Toews for a whole Season and the Coyotes will look to rally behind their new Superstar as GM Guerin gave Toews a 4 Year Contract to help the Coyotes become a force in the Pacific Division. With him Arizona will have Josh Fisher, Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Clayton Keller, Artem Ansimov, Niklas Hjalmarsson, and Jason Demers. Rookies Nick Merkley and Ilya Lyubushkin will look to make an impact as well. In Net Antti Raanta returns as Arizona looks to be a force this year. However if the Coyotes fail to make the Playoffs yet again this year then Rick Tocchet may be on his way out the door by spring.

                                2019-2020 BOSTON BRUINS PREVIEW..

                                General Manager: Don Sweeney

                                Head Coach: Bruce Cassidy

The Boston Bruins will be looking for redemption this season after how last year ended for the B's. Boston held the best record in the Eastern Conference and looked to be poised for a Stanley Cup run. In the First Round they dismantled the Buffalo Sabres in 5 Games before being swept out of the Semi Finals by the Toronto Maple Leafs when they were the heavy favorites. After their brutal Playoff exit Boston turned to the Off-Season hanging onto both General Manager Don Sweeney and Head Coach Bruce Cassidy.
The biggest Storyline this Season for the Bruins will be Captain Zdeno Chara's spotlight. The 42 year old should more than likely be hanging up the skates by this Spring. Chara stated he would like to go out with another Stanley Cup so the Bruins will have a sense of urgency in hopes of a deep Playoff run.
The Bruins return their all star cast of Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand, Connor O'Malley, David Pastrnak. Jake DeBrusk, David Krejci, Torey Krug, Charlie McAvoy. Charlie Coyle and Kevan Miller and newly signed Mike Cammalleri.
In between the pipes the Bruins will return Tukka Rask. Rask was the best Goalie in the NHL last year winning 46 Games.
