Yeah thought it would be a good idea and still have them be a team. Gentlemanly match.

Re: Putting the "F" back in WWE.

The show starts off and the SHIELD music hits and out come Reigns and Ambrose through the crowd. As the SHIELD came out and over the guardrail the K.E.S. ran down and attacked them. The two teams brawled outside the ring before entering and the match officially starting. Reigns and Smith fought in the ring first with each man getting some big power moves off. Smith used some underhanded tactics to get the tag to Archer in. Reigns hit a toss Samoan drop on Archer and got the tag to Ambrose. Archer hit a big clothesline on Ambrose and hit several moves on him. Ambrose hit a double underhook suplex. Archer used a one armed toss over his back. Ambrose hit a DDT on Archer. Archer hit a side slam on Ambrose and worked over his arm. Archer hit a big boot on Ambrose and a powerbomb. After which, Reigns made the save after each pin attempt. Archer tagged in Smith and they hit a double team reverse atomic drop big boot on Ambrose. Ambrose hit a Russian leg sweep on Smith and tagged Reigns back in. Smith hit a discuss elbow and beat down Reigns. Reigns fought back, got Smith into the corner, then got Smith over the bottom rope, went out of the ring and hit a dropkick on Smith’s head. He re-entered the ring and covered Smith for the win.

Glass Shatters and out comes Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin says that is a way to start a show. He then announces that the just got off the phone with Michaels and Edge and we agree that due to the non-title win the SHIELD will be getting a tag title match at King of the Ring. The crowd cheers loudly for this. He says tonight we will have 3 more tournament matches. One KotR qualifying match, one CW contender’s tournament match, and a women’s contender’s tournament match. Also tonight Batista will get another shot at Bray Wyatt and in tonight’s main event Daniel Bryan will face off with Heyman Alliance member and United States Champion, Cesaro.

The next match was the women’s contender’s tournament match between Alicia Fox and Brie Bella. This match didn’t take long and Fox ended up winning after hitting a sitout facebuster to win an advance to the semifinals.

The next match featured Christian and Seth Rollins in a King of the Ring qualifying match. Rollins took Christian down early in this match. The two men ended up exchanging advantage for several minutes with neither man getting a clear advantage until underhanded tactics by Rollins led to him hits a bridging suplex pin attempt for a 1 count. Rollins hit a big suplex but Christian got up and hit a beck elbow and a clothesline to a seated Rollins. Christian hit a big flapjack on Rollins. Rollins fought back and hit a big dropkick and suplex followed by a jumping knee. Christian fought back again and hit a neckbreaker on Rollins. He hit another flapjack and clothesline. Rollins used a low blow then a dropkick to get the advantage again. Rollins whippes Christian into the corner then hit a powerbomb in to the corner turnbuckle. Rollins hit a short DDT on Christian then hit the Curb Stomp to win the match and a spot in the King of the Ring.

***Rollins will now face Dolph Ziggler on SNME in the KotR Showcase match***

The next match features 2 of the Cruiserweights on the roster as Low Ki, Zack Ryder, and Justin Gabriel face off for a spot in the semifinals of the contender’s tournament. Just like Monday’s RAW contender’s tournament match all 3 men in this match put on a hell of a show. Some highlights of the match are: Gabriel with a double underhook reverse suplex. Rider with a big dropkick on Ki followed by one on Gabriel. Gabriel with a standing huricanrana on Ki but then hit with a suplex by Ryder. Ki with a surfboard on Ryder. Gabriel with a float over death drop on Ki. Ryder was the suplex and dropkick machine in this match. Ryder went flying to the outside at one point. Gabriel with a cradle neckbreaker on Ki. Ki with a jumping neckbreaker on Ryder. Gabriel took down Ki and was going for the 450 splash but Ryder hit him off the top to the outside. All 3 men went outside and fought for awhile. The finish came after Ryder took Gabriel out with a Zack Attack then hit Ki with the Rough Ryder for the pin. Justin Gabriel will be placed in the 2nd chance match next week.

Last week Bray Wyatt was issuing open challenges and while he got past his first one on SMACKdown against RVD with shocking ease, on SNME Batista stepped up to the plate and Wyatt seemed to want nothing to do with him as he got himself intentionally counted out. This was the rematch. This time Bray wasn’t running away and the two men took the fight to each other with neither man being able to get an upperhand early. Wyatt tossed over the top rope to the ring apron, but Batista hit him away. Wyatt tossed Batista and beat him down. Wyatt tossed Batista down with a double underhook suplex. Batista fought back and hit a press slam for a 1 count. Batista continued to use aggressiveness to keep Wyatt down hitting another press slam and other slams. Wyatt fought back and takes Batista down to the mat. He hit a big running back slam on Batista for a 2 count. As Batista got up Wyatt beat him back down and whipped him into the corner. Wyatt whipped Batista over the top rope and took the attack outside the ring. Batista fought back and got the advantage again. Batista locked in a double arm submission move but Bray fought back tossing Batista around and ended up hitting Sister Abigail on Batista to pick up the win. After the match the lights went out and when they came back on The Wyatt Fmaily were in the ring and began beating down Batista, but then the Dudleyz came running out from behind to even the odds.

***When we came back from commercial it was announced that on SNME Batista and The Dudleyz will face The Wyatt Family in a 6man match***

The main event saw the #1 contender for the World Championship, Daniel Bryan facing United States Champion, Cesaro who, like World Champion Brock Lesnar is managed by Paul Heyman. Cesaro took Bryan down early but couldn’t keep an advantage for long. The to men took turns taking each other down for a couple minutes. Bryan ended up hitting a big DDT on Cesaro and a reverse suplex to get an advantage. Cesaro tossed Brayn off of him and rubbed his head in the mat. Bryan reversed a suplex attempt into a neckbreaker. Bryan hit a big German suplex on Cesaro and got a 1 count then he hit a spinning elbow. Bryan stayed in advantage and hit a series of kicks on Cesaro ending with a big kick to the head for a 2 count. Bryan tossed Cesaro out of the ring then hit a diving headbutt through the ropes outside the ring. Cesaro got up and tossed Bryan in the ring. Back in the ring Bryan stayed in control with a suplex but Heyman distracted the ref. Bryan hit another quick DDT but Heyman hopped on the apron again. This allowed Cesaro to get an advantage with several moves and a big boot and then beat bryan down on the mat. Cesaro hit a snap suplex on Bryan. Bryan fought back and hit a dragon screw leg whip to get control. Cesaro got up and hit a gut wrench bomb on Bryan for a 2 count. Bryan fought back and use hit kicks again to take Cesaro down and was able to hit a running knee for the win.

***NOTE (Cut scene that may or may not lead to anything): There was a cut scene at the end of this match where Dolph Ziggler came out as Bryan was leaving the ring and attacked Cesaro. Bryan then re-entered the ring and ran off Ziggler and then stared down Cesaro and left the ring…This is not something I planned for, but I wanted to add this in here in case I run a storyline for this which I haven’t decided whether or not I will yet***

Re: Putting the "F" back in WWE.

Gonna try and get SNME up tomorrow morning before I sub in the afternoon, would love to get some feedback on SD before I post it.

I have 2 weeks before KotR and I can't wait. There are going to be several roster changes after KotR and some new guys will be getting pushes and some older guys may go to a more of a part time use to showcase some younger guys.

Great show. I'm loving Bray vs. Batista, and D-Bry vs. The Paul Heyman Guys. That cutscene at the end sounds like universe mode nonsense, I would just ignore it.

Yeah I dont want Ziggler to be heel (maybe in the future but not now). Ziggler and Cesaro are rivals (not in a rivalry, but Ziggler has challenged several times for the title). I had to go in and change things because it made Ziggler enemies with Bryan and Bryan and Cesaro low ranking allies. They shouldnt do things like that unless they are heels.

They should make some cut scenes for faces and some for heels.

Re: Putting the "F" back in WWE.

The opening match of the night was this weeks King of the Ring Showcase match between this week’s qualifiers Dolph Ziggler and Seth Rollins. These two men are both widely considered the future of WWF and they showed that they are ready to take it to the next level. They locked up early and Dolph got an early advantage but not for long as they exchanged holds on their feet. Rollins finally got a little control with a capture suplex but Ziggler fought back. Rollins hit a dragon screw leg whip and a sitout suplex slam(?) but Ziggle hit an irish whip into the corner and a big splash. Ziggler hit a big DDT on Rollins and a stall suplex for a 1 count. Rollins reverse a move into a Russian leg sweep. Rollins hit a release perfect plex. Ziggler fought back with a suplex and several elbow drops. Ziggler hit a hot shot over the top rope and covered for 2. As Rollins got up Ziggler hit the Zig Zag for the win and some momentum going into King of the Ring in two weeks.

The Wyatt Family has been a thorn in the side of the returning Dudleys since they made their shocking return. Bray Wyatt laid waste to John Cena he challenged anyone from the back and Batista came out for the challenge Wyatt didn’t seem to expect. This 6-man match was set up on SMACKdown. This match was a big brawl from the outset. Bray took Batista down early. Some highlights are: Wyatt tossed Batista with a double head crunch over the head toss for a 1 count. Bray Wyatt got a 1 count on Bubba Ray after a side slam. Bray Wyatt and Rowan hit a sideslam death drop combo on Bubba and Rowan got a 2 count. The finish came after Harper tagged Rowan in and they hit a double team move on Bubba to get the win.

The main event put CM Punk against AJ Styles. The match started as Styles attacked Punk on the way to the ring. The two men brawled outside the ring and Galloway got involved in double teaming Punk. Finally in the ring the match didn’t take too long after the beating Punk took. Styles took it to Punk quickly in the ring hitting a Pele kick at the one moment it looked like Punk would get some offense in. Styles worked over Punks legs on the ground. Styles hit a reverse suplex on Punk followed by a standing moonsault on Punk and then hit the Styles Clash. After the match Galloway came back down to help double team Punk and celebrate together in the ring over the fallen Punk.

Wow, Ziggler with the clean victory on Rollins is a bit of a surprise. Are you gonna change up the order of the brackets for the KOTR? As it stands now, Ziggler and Dolph would be having a match in round one.

And Styles beating Punk is crazy. He's got the rockets strapped to his back for sure.

Those aren't the brackets, those are just who has qualified. I have the brackets planned already.

As for it being a clean win, Ziggler is established already while Rollins is just making his mark in his singles career so I felt it made sense. And it gives Ziggler a bit more of a singles push right now.

Styles won pretty quick in the game so I had to write up the attack to have it make sense.

I'm glad it's not like superstars or main event IRL where it's random mid card matches.

Yeah for sure. It's more old school like when SNME used to have big huge matches and not just throw aways.

The night started off with two men who have qualified for King of the Ring taking each other on as Chris Jericho faced off with Cody Rhodes. This match was a great back and forth match with Rhodes using some underhanded tactics at times and getting a 2 count after a running bulldog but in the end Jericho was able to pick up the win after hitting the Codebreaker.

Backstage we see The Miz and John Morrison walking backstage and “accidently” bumping into The Usos. The two teams yell at each other for a bit but are separated apart.

Back in the ring we see Nikki Bella w/Brie in the ring awaiting her opponent. Out comes the Women’s Champion, Tamina. Tamina makes very short work of Nikki beating her very quickly after hitting a Samoan drop and a superkick. After the match Brie came in to check on Nikki but Tamina attacked her and destroyed her as well.

Triumvirate member Shawn Michaels came out to the ring and announced that for tonight’s show the former tag team champions, The Usos will face The A-Listers and Shelton Benjamin will face off with Cesaro in a King of the Ring qualifiers match. Now back to the 6man match. The members of the triumvirate have had just about enough with Evolution so tonight Randy Orton gets his cfhance to get his hands on Triple H in the main event and CM Punk will team with Christian to face AJ Styles and Drew Galloway in the co-main event.

We come back from a break and The Usos and A-Listers come out to the ring for their match after their backstage confrontation. This was a great tag match between two top teams. The former champions looked in control for most of the match but The A-Listers fought back when Miz hit a neckbreaker and got the hot tag to Morrison who came in and cleaned house hitting the Moonlight Drive on Jimmy to pick up the win. After the match Miz celebrated big time, acting almost like he won the match by himself.

The next match of the night was the 6th qualifying match for King of the Ring between Shelton Benjamin and Intercontinental Champion, Antonio Cesaro. This was another great qualifying match between two top superstars looking to take the next step. They exchanged holds for a couple minutes but then Cesaro hit a big uppercut and Benjamin hit a belly to belly toss. Cesaro fought back hitting a sitout slam for a 1 count. The finish came after Cesaro hitting a reverse Death Valley Driver, then picking up Benjamin for a slam from a dead lift and getting the 3 count.

Evolution members AJ Styles and Drew Galloway made their way to the ring for the next bout followed by Christian and CM Punk. This match was a great back and forth 15 minute match with each man getting a lot of offense in. The finish came when Drew Galloway hit a big suplex on Christian then tagged in Styles after a 1 count. Punk made the same and Styles hit a cradle suplex on Chrsitian. Christian hit a Russian leg sweep but Styles fought back taking Punk off the ring apron and hit the Styles Clash for the win. After the match the 4 men brawled.

The main event of tonight’s RAW was Randy Orton facing Triple H. Orton attacked Triple H quickly but Triple H fought back hitting a clothesline in the corner on Orton then taking him to the mat after another whip to the corner and a big facebreaker over his knee. Orton fought back with a quick powerslam off the ropes and a hangman’s DDT but only got a 2 count. Triple H fought back hitting his signature spinebuster after distraction by AJ Styles and a Pedigree for the win. After the match Styles and Tripel H double teamed Orton until Punk made the save. Galloway and Punk also got involved.

After the 6 men were separated Michaels made his way back to the stage and announced that he just got off the phone with Austin and Edge and at King of the Ring, Randy Orton, CM Punk, and Christian will face off with Evolution members, Triple H, AJ Styles, and Drew Galloway.

KOTR is shaping up well. Will the winner of King of NXT be officially called up after entering KOTR?

KotR is going to be good. The tournament alone is going to be awesome with who has qualified. Some serious younger guy pushes coming out of it for sure. And the other matches should be pretty damn good as well

I havent decided on that what I am going to do with the King of NXT winner yet. Most likely they will be moved in line for a big time push in NXT and possible/probable top contender for the NXT Title. I have plans for several people to move up from NXT as I faze out some other guys from the main brand as well. I dont want to move people up too quickly because then my NXT will get depleated.

(I'm really hoping to find a good Blake and Murphy to bring in to my NXT tag division and might also drop to 6 teams in NXT as well from 8)
