Somewhat surprised he committed to Michigan after he gushed over his OSU and Florida visits.

Zolan is gone next year... he can step in at a major program with major visibility.

Good pick-up for UM, as Tressel says, the punt is the most important play in football.

Craig Sanders decommits from Alabama to go to Auburn apparently. 2nd decommit in as many weeks. Let the tossing of tissue begin.

And the Barners are going to run with this one...

Just for the record, if Alfy Hill didn't pick Alabama, I doubt Sanders de-comitts.

Nope, they didn't. He wasn't noticed by Saban as being committed until this past weekend.

I blame the athletic department for not realizing it the past 3 months.

Per what report? He's a Glenville kid who was offered by Ohio State after Ted Ginn Sr. gave Tressel the green light.

This source. Not sure how reputable that site is, though.

However, someone on the Scout boards made it sound like he was committing to WVU on that date, which is incorrect after reading the article.

Instead, he is simply committing to a school on that date. He will be visiting Ohio State on the 10th, so I think it's safe to say that he's a future Buckeye.

He's basically a silent to Ohio State, as Psy said.

DE Lyndon Trail and WR Quinton Dunbar commit to Florida.

After shaking hands with Northwestern players, Trail and Booker T. wide receiver Quinton Dunbar each ran to midfield and donned University of Florida caps at midfield to announce their commitments to the Gators.

``I hope Coach [Urban] Meyer is still in town and he's watching this,'' said Trail, who had two sacks and eight tackles.

``This doesn't mean I won't take visits and that the recruiting process is over for us, but right now Florida is our team.''
