Re: 2011 Recruiting Thread
Because he had two sacks as a senior. Granted, he played well in the Army All-American game, but so did the rest of the defensive line for the East team. I would expect an elite defensive end to get more than two sacks his senior year.Comment

In recruiting, the only thing more pointless than offensive stats are defensive stats.Comment

Re: 2011 Recruiting Thread
UofL adds two more 3* CB's to its recruiting class.
5'9 180lb Andrew Johnson from Miami, FL
6'0 160lb Jacquese Kirk from Jasper, AL
Strong continues to hit the south, particualry Florida hard.
BTW...the two aforementioned players are soft verbals, as is Gerrod Holliman.Coach Strong and his staff really have hit the south hard to get talent. Let's just hope he can keep it reeled in with these guys come signing day.

Re: 2011 Recruiting Thread
I can't wait to see what Golden can do next year. He had three commits when coming to Miami, now he has turned this class into a top 40-50 class. I think he'll be able to get a top 20 class next season unless the season is completely miserable.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: 2011 Recruiting Thread
He's excited for Miami, one of the best football programs of all time, getting a top 40-50 class?
That definitely makes me question whether he's serious. I mean, my favorite team fired its coach for poor crootin for finishing in the late teens/early 20s.Comment

Miami is ranked #46 by rivals now and they still have at least 3 more players to commit.Comment
