^ Honestly I don't see ANY losses on Wisconsin's schedule. That schedule is cake. Penn State and Nebraska at home.

The Badgers have no excuse for not running the table.

Oklahoma State vs. Virginia Tech

So Wisconsin's going undefeated, but no title game? Pretty much what you're saying is that Boise, OK State, Bama, and FSU or V Tech are all going to be undefeated? Or are you just throwing out teams at this point. Neither answer would surprise me.

Tracerbullet, Wisconsin's not going undefeated. They'll lose one game (maybe @ Illinois) because of their weaker defense this season.

Boise State isn't going undefeated either. At this point it's going to be between Oregon/Oklahoma State and Florida State/Va Tech.

The only reason I exclude OU is because they'll lose in Tallahassee.

Stanford, on the strength of a Heisman season by Andrew Luck, defeats Oklahoma 42-31, with Luck throwing for 400 yards and 5 TDs. The top SEC teams bump each other off, with Bama beating LSU, then getting 'upset' by a two-loss USCe team in the SEC Championship Game. Wisconsin loses one in conference.

I'm being optimistic that Virginia can run the table and beat FSU twice (regular season and ACC Title game) and have a magical championship season.

I think the SEC will beat up on each other, I don't think anybody's making it out of that conference unscathed. Of course, lots of people say that every year, and then someone inexplicably does, but I'll stand by it.

I'm going to go off the board a bit here and say Oklahoma State ends Oklahoma's run at perfection in the regular season finale. But O State will already have a loss (at Texas A&M), so that rules out the Big 12 winner.

LSU will take Oregon out of the running early.

So I'm going Boise. And because no CFB post is complete without some homerism, I'll also take Wisconsin. And nobody will watch it.

To the topic, I guess I'll go with Oklahoma and Alabama. Which is kinda unoriginal, but making predictions at any point prior to the season is tough.
