Guy, you are seeing a game at default settings. Everyone knows it is the threshold setting that causes this. It can be fixed with a tweak!

I'm cool, I know this, I still have NCAA11. It's just...how, in the world, where the heisman candidates speed ratings are literally over 100 do I get caught from behind by a lineman?

Edit: I wouldn't be mad if they had even attempted even the tiniest bit of realism with this mode....but they didn't. We are playing as Neo clones in this mode. I want to be like Neo, like they intended. Once you inject reality into it, it just makes me want to abandon the mode altogether and just play the regular game

To me, since I am a simple man, no wow factor here. But I will be buying it non the less.

This type of attitude is what makes EA lazy game developers. They know they can just tweek one or two things and people will still buy their lazy developing.

They won't change until people stop buying

I don't think EA is lazy just think their hands are tied. OS guys work for EA now and doubt they are lazy. EA is so big, to concentrate on one entity is not how they see things. My fav sports game is 2k5 but what can we do?

If you don't like the demo that's fine. But do not insult the developers, and do not tell others not to buy the game because you don't like it.

acceleration rating + default gameplay threshold = unrealistic DT pursuit of QB's especially outside the pocket.

Kansas St DT's move like OLB's.

You'd be better off waiting for some of the roster guys to tweak these flawed speed ratings.

Wow, over a month to play this demo. That may be further proved by how we PS3ers did NOT even get the demo today, which is our demo day, too, nor do I recall any pre-info on a demo day drop. This definitely wasn't pre-planned...and I have to effin wait til tomorrow after work and gym to play this.

I like what I'm hearing a bit, tho. Still not getting the retail game, regardless

I know of the problem. It just caught me offf guard that it would be in the Heisman Mode were most assuredly RG3 has 100+ speed. I thought that would make it irrelevant. Guess not.

It's not really going to influence my purchase, since I was going to get Madden instead of this in the first place.
