GBOVFL,
thanks for sharing the stats and yes I have began the process of Pro Level sliders for Madden.
My early impressions is that Madden 26 is a little bit of a step up over CFB. But I felt before the patch CFb was the best game to date.
The patch left some lingering effectsNCAA FOOTBALL 14 ALUMNI LEGENDS CPU vs CPU DYNASTY THREAD

I like these sliders so much. I restarted my dynasty. My first 3 games were dog fights. Tenn vs Syracuse ended 20-13. Stats looked good again. Next up was the FCS Groupers. It was Tenn 9-0 going into the 4th quarter. With a couple of late turnovers, the final was 30-0.
Then Georgia came to Knoxville. Ranked #3 in the country against #15 Tennessee. It was raining and the game was tough throughout. Which I expected with a top 5 team. Georgia was up 14-10 at halftime. Georgia ended up winning 27-13.
Georgia’s passing game could just be an anomaly in this game. I am not overly concerned since this has just happened once. Georgia’s starting QB was hurt and did not start. The backup QB went 24/28. I have been watching college and NFL football for many years. I have seen backup QBs come in a light it up on occasion. The Georgia receivers did not drop a pass. Even though it was raining. The gameplay is so good with this slider set.
Here are some stats from the game ( I use 10 min. Quarters and 20 sec runoff) I had 118 plays total. I play fast.
Passing
Tennessee – Aguilar 23/49 46% 242 yds and 0 TDs and 2 Ints. 6 dropped passes
Georgia - Puglisi 24/28 85% for 343 yds and 2 TDs 0 Ints. 0 dropped passes.
Millender 4/4 for 28 yds.
Rushing
Tenn – Bishop 9-41yds 4.5 avg.
Thomas 3-11yds
Lewis 2-68yds. Broke a long run for 68 yds.
Georgia – Frazier 14-31yds
Puglisi 6-9yds
McCray 1-17yds
Humphreys 1-3 yds
Tennessee was sacked 4 times
Georgia was sacked 2 timesLast edited by GBOVFL59; 08-15-2025, 08:16 AM.

Hey Playmakers, I don't want to bore you with more statistics. But here are 2 more game stats to review. The sliders are playing very authentically. My only gripe is my receivers are averaging 7 drops per game. The QB threw a lot of passes at the receivers feet. Nearly impossible to complete a deep pass. It could be a young receiving corp or an unproven QB in the SEC. Penalties have been very realistic (except for OPI, which only gets called on the user). Everything else seems to be playing perfectly.
Trying to figure out if I should raise WRC or QB accuracy. I could live with about 4 drops per game.

Bump up your QBA to 22 & WR Catch to 50 see if that helps the drops.
Pass Blocking wasn't bad for either side considering that amount of throws

Your suggestions were spot on Playmakers. Honestly I was thinking 50 WRC might be too high and 48 would be the sweet spot. 22 QBA and 50 WRC worked fantastic. I only had 3 drops and Arkansas had 4 drops. I completed 2 out of 4 deep passes (which was nice) 1 of them got called back for offensive holding.
Arkansas at Tennessee was a slug fest. The offensive and defensive lines for both teams controlled the game. The first game with no sacks on either team. It was very difficult for either team to run the ball. There is a lot of variety in the games, which I love. Big game next week, at Alabama. What a fantastic job you have done with these sliders. I am really enjoying them.

What's the highest I can raise the tacking slider? Or is other ways to cut down on the CPU breaking so many tackles especially QBs. Also I'm on heisman difficulty with a good mix of your slider suggestion thrown into my set. I have your penalty, reaction time, tackle settingsComment

I will make this my last stats post. Unless you have to redo the sliders due to a patch. I sure hope not lol. These are dialed in to my skill level. Tennessee at Alabama was another great game. Tennessee wins by a touchdown. Opening play was a pick 6 for Tennesssee. The Vols went up 14-0. Bama came back to tie it 14-14 at halftime. Second half the two teams took turns scoring a touchdown. Bama missed a 55 yard field goal. The special teams sliders are really good. Tennessee scored a late touchdown and held bama off. I really enjoyed this game and the sliders are really playing well for me.

I'd imagine you have to increase tackle to about 20 or reduce Ball Security to like 45

this was supposed to be Hybrid but a fellow poster helped me build this set by combining the hybrid settings to my sliders from last year. These are much more balanced imo.
I think Hybrid 0 is going to work best with CPU vs CPU setup laterNCAA FOOTBALL 14 ALUMNI LEGENDS CPU vs CPU DYNASTY THREAD

if at any point you think sacks may need to go back up feel free to reach out and I'll try to adjust. I know some people like having their top edge rushers get to double digit sacks on the year.
I think this a very underrated set because of the lower settings by naked eye not making any sense lolNCAA FOOTBALL 14 ALUMNI LEGENDS CPU vs CPU DYNASTY THREAD

I am loving the variety of the games. It feels very balanced and authentic. I will keep an eye on sacks. I like a low number of sacks. "The average number of defensive sacks per college football team in 2024 was approximately 2.3 sacks per game, based on available data from FBS teams". I think the CPU is a little low on sack numbers. Georgia had 4 against me but they are a high rated team.

Curious, do you think AA will be viable for CPU vs CPU this year or will Varsity probably be the go-to again? I've been messing around with AA, but even with super low QBA (like 4 to 6), lowered catching, higher pass block, it seems to only help so much. Lowering QBA below a certain threshold seems to lobotomize the QB, forcing them to dink and dunk down the field rather than taking shots. But if you go too high, it's robo QB again.Gₒ BᵣₒₙcₒₛComment

Just curious though what is your pass coverage slider set to vs that QBA of 6?NCAA FOOTBALL 14 ALUMNI LEGENDS CPU vs CPU DYNASTY THREAD
