I didn't see any upsets but I think my game was early in the day. The only high ranked team that was playing at that time was #4 Clemson and they were winning big.

        WEEK 6

        [emoji599] Updating the 4th down rule [emoji599]

        - Up in the 4th is inside the 10
        - Down in the 4th still wherever

        - Rest of the game is inside the 10 instead of 35
        - FG for anything else

          1 OKLAHOMA vs NORTH TEXAS

          1st Half
They took ball first and moved it down pretty easy tbh but we held them to 3. We got the ball and didnt look sharp at all but we converted on the 3rd downs with some tough throws and went up 7-3. Same thing happened on both 2nd drives, redzone stop and long drive for 7. 14-6 OU. We go up 21-6 hoping to finish them early but they break a tackle on a slant and score before halftime. 21-13 with under 30 seconds we go aggressive and score in 4 plays. 28-13 at the half.

          2nd Half
We get the ball first and score out of the gate to make it 35-13 and its looking like we're going to get the backups in soon but they score again and get the 2pt. 35-21. We throw 2 ints in the 3rd and they start the 4th with another td. 35-28. We score again and go up 14 and finally force a turnover late in the 4th with our breakout CB. OU wins 42-28 and now prepares for the Red River Shootout.

"I think last week really humbled us and you could see the lingering affects this week. We had some guys on campus who we think can help us and hopefully we can get a couple of commits. We tried some different combos today to be as confident as we can going into next week and I expect 1000% focus this week all the way to next Saturday. Chris is fine, he took a hard hit on that pass but he will be starting next week at QB"

Rice kinda had me worried on their first drive. Their Rb was just breaking tackles and had a couple long runs. The defense held them to a fg somehow. Offense is still kinda off, it just doesn't show against bad teams. My #1 WR is still out, I think he's been out since week 2 with a strained muscle, 1 week injury my as* lol. Honestly, I don't even know if I should play him when he's healthy. Back to the game, We had huge 2nd quarter, took our foot off the gas in the 3rd quarter and the back ups played the whole 4th quarter again. Texas beats Rice, 42-10. In recruiting new Texas signed another 5* WR, the 1st recruit of the year and also had a couple recruits at the game against Rice.

                              5 TEXAS vs 11 OKLAHOMA
                              Red River Shootout

                              1st Half
Texas gets the ball first and moves it down in 4 plays, but miscommunication on a deep comeback route leads to an OU interception in the endzone. Texas returns the favor with an endzone interception of their own. The next drive for both teams would end in interceptions as well leaving the first qtr scoreless. Texas would get a 55yd bomb and score the first td to start the 2nd. OU got down to the redzone but was stopped on 4th and 1. 7-3 Texas. OU's defense turns up the pressure and gets back to back sacks to start the drive and end up punting from the 5. OU scores on a 42 yd pass from Malone to Hawkins, followed by another interception and another Malone to Hawkins connection. 17-7 OU at the half.

                              2nd Half
OU gets the ball to start and settles for a conservative fg to make it 20-7. Texas answers with a tough drive that ends in a beautifully timed HB screen vs the blitz and Owens makes it 20-14. OU's offense is still moving and they get inside the 10 to end the 3rd. A controversial spot on 4th and 1 gives OU a first down but they cant punch it in and settle for another 3. 23-14. Texas gets a 42 yd run on first and a 37yd td pass to Gillett in his first game back cutting the lead to 2. 23-21 OU. OU cant convert and have to punt with 4:11 left giving Texas a chance to take the lead. Texas gets caught in a 4th and 6 in their own territory and they decide to go for it. OU's defense makes a chess move that results in a pick 6 by Moore with his 2nd int of the game and a 30-21 lead. Sooners would force one more int in desperation to seal the win. 3rd straight win for Oklahoma in the series.

I don't run screen passes ever, not in U5 games or against the CPU. Figured I'd give it shot lol. Surprised it worked tbh.. Still can't believe that 1st int tho, or that overthrow to a wide open WR. Don't think i've ever seen a wr that open before.
