      I used the first downloadable roster. Did not touch any numbers at all. Left as is. For sacks, I thought about changing aggressive defenses to basic. Example- Zone blitz 3-4 to 3-4

      Numbers did not change much

          tbh…i haven't played more than six games since I've bought this game cuz I've been trying to work out those sim stats…I've been playing today tho..these sliders will look a lot different….ill post some stats soon…i keep having to start my first game over because my girlfriend is watching netflix and keeps passing out so I'm sneaking onto my xbox when i can

            those are a little too many yards….peyton set the record last year with 5500 and thats an unheard of number..the first dude to hit 5000 i think was drew brees like 3 years ago…I'm thinking one dude around 5100 a year and everyone else mid 40s and lower

            as we speak I'm changing devner, new england, green bay and new orleans to pass balance

              whats up dude, lol I'm on my computer right now, and its the first time I've actually seen the name angels, so my bad if I've been speaking to you this whole time i had no idea if i have been lol..ive been on a 4s for like 3 days straight kill me please.

              i don't think defense needs to be touched much if at all because all stats are great except QBs, which if we can find a middle ground between our two sets of numbers we're good money. Mine are 250-300 yards too short for my liking(not even that, its just I've only seen like 3-4 5000 yard passers in 8-10 sims) my aim is for 1-2..3 would be cool to see just cuz it would show flexibility but not on the first time we sim it, cuz the next season we could have 5- or 6 5000 yard passers and teams would be putting up 54 points a game and we wouldn't even know it.

              I've updated the OP list of teams with there play books and schemes. I changed quite a few of them actually, I just haven't updated the list I keep forgetting where I'm posting what. I believe I have detroit, indy, Green bay, New england, denver, atlanta and new orleans all on pass balanced and everyone else on balanced, besides teams like San diego and Cincinatti who like to pass but short routes like RBs and stuff like that, I have them at west coast…I'm changing my play books in my CFM now, bout to play a game, Ill report back with stats for people interested in my sliders and settings or whatever..i really don't think sliders need as much work as people are putting into them…They're putting qb rating down to 5, but higher interference to 95 or 98 and it almost theoretically cancelles each other out. This madden is cleaner than past versions and i feel like a lot of people run to sliders and put the QB accuracy down to 10 and start from there. This madden is legit from the way it plays to everything…they just missed the sim stats for whatever reason…and progression is a mess, but the idea they have in place is a great idea, its just wayyyy to powerful..they just need to tone it down by half or more. thats all

                    I'm feeling confident about that pass balanced thing…i thought pass balanced was more of a run/pass mixture and run n gun would be just all out passing..i had it backwards….the less pass balanced teams the better…the teams set to pass balanced are the ones who have a shot at hitting the 5000 mark thats how i look at it

                      also, when it comes to progression, isn't it always the same players in everybody's sim getting real bad real quick (roethlisberger, flacco etc) while ponder and bridgewater are doing well…maybe if a good db is struggling, just switching their playbook to run n gun or west coast as opposed to balanced or run balanced maybe that could make a dramatic difference in how things play out multiple years into a sim

                            I'm in a rush but wanted to quick share my results. Here are my year 1 simulation results. I used the workaround except I didn't use the special roster. I also first did one with injuries on. Peterson got hurt, so I did one with injuries off as well to see the stats of stars playing a full 16 games.

                            Injuries on.

                            There were 5 defensive players with 20+ sacks.

                            There were 6 qbs with 4,000 plus yards (Manning led with 4,914)

                            EJ Manuel was the only QB to throw over 30 tds.

                            Matt Ryan threw 33 picks and Geno Smith threw 31. Multiple 20+.

                            Overall, I hated the stats with injuries on. That's why I didn't post much on them.

                            Injuries off:

                            3 Defensive players with 20+ sacks (Freeney with 28)

                            10 QBs with 4,000 yards (Manning with 4,887) Two qbs didn't throw for 3,000 yards (Newton and RG3 with 2,800).

                            4 QBs had 30+ tds (Flacco led the league with 33)

                            7 qbs with 20+ ints (Flacco, Manning, Rodgers, Bradford at 22)

                            7 RBs with 10+ tds (Foster with 16)

                            9 RBs with 1,200+ yards (Peterson with 1,592)

                            6 WRs with 10+ tds (Dez Bryant with 12)

                            18 WRs with 1,200+ yards (Brandon Marshall with 1,666)


                            Overall, the stats are actually pretty decent besides low passing tds still.

                            I'm just not sure if they are decent enough to start a legitimate CFM.

                              Okay so I just finished a game with the roster tweaks I did. My slider base is just someone else's but I can't think of who to give the credit. I changed a lot of sliders on my own tho so I hope it's not a big deal. Also, posting these stats from an ipad so bear with me lol.


                              Started a season with the 49ers, I'm gonna try and get Kap and Harghbaugh over the hump. Don't care much for the preseason but I do all my own roster cuts. Lost Frank Gore in the preseason so Carlos Hyde is starting, as much as I hate to admit it, Marcus Lattimore second string, not really using Kendall Hunter and I have Lamichael James returning.

                              First game of the season of course is the Cowboys, I was looking forward to it seeing as how I'm hoping to critique QB play, who better to show me how real the game will be than Tony Romo? LMAO.

                              Ended up winning a rather close game, 37-31. Right off the bat, too many drops, game would have been different had the cowboy receivers caught what they should have caught. A few drops were warranted, tony sent a bullet over the middle to witten and Patrick Willis it him up, awesome stuff. Overall tho too many drops.

                              Tony Romo- 97.3 rating,21-38 for 409yds and 55% completion. 3TDS/2INTS
                              Colin Kaepernick-115.7 rating,21-36 for 322yds and 58% completion 3TDS/0INT
                              Tony kind of played how I wanted. Wasn't mad, but I haven't played enough games with the roster to see individuality yet. That's what we wanna see, players play like players. Im okay with hot streaks but all QB's don't start the game 8/8, I h8te that lol. Only got 4 sacks with a good rush. The sacks were deserved. Kap only got sacked once, which is good, you won't catch Kap in the pocket often so I liked that.
                              Running game was okay. I'm gonna personally raise my sliders on running tho since it's never been hard for me to run, I follow my blocks and make correct cut. I want a realistic running game with home run hits and good reads playing a role.
                              Carlos Hyde had 29att for 146yds. 5.2 average and 0TDs.
                              Marcus Lattimore had a few carries, 11 for 45ds 4.0 average
                              Demarco Murray had 12att for 97yds 8.0 average. He had a few home run hits so it was cool.

                              Overall nice little game. Just to wrap it up I think this was a funny little romo-esque play: I was leading 37-31 and was trying to run the clock out. Ran a read option on their side of the 50 ( maybe their 43yd line) Kap got hit and cough the ball up on about their 38. I'm thinking damn I know my defense is beastly so I just know I have to make a stop. First play of the new drive to try to steal the game away from me with 54 seconds left, Romo throws a pick lol. I kneel and win the game.

                              Fun game, gonna try another and add a few tweaks, got a good idea and if it works I'll share if it doesn't I'll still share lol

                                Ill do this myself once im done setting everything up. 2 part question. With the way XP works. Do players get better at all if you dont use their XP? I assume no but want to be sure. If yes can anyone check to see if players are having their XP used by the CPU. If not can we check to make sure the players that are having issue like Luck are having theirs used?
