Update: Had 2 penalties: Block in the back & holding as Winston out-threw Mariota to lead the Bucs to the 34-17 win. Fun and frustrating at times with the WR/DB interactions. Felt like I was stuck in an animation at times.

Played it for 5 minutes and I will not be buying it. I buy madden every year but this year overly animation based, complexity of controls is unnecessary and cutting doesn't feel like I can stop on a dime and change directions I don't like it.

Stop on a dime? That has sort have been a problem. Momentum prevents
HUMANS from stopping on dime like u could do in previous Madden's.

any1 have a problem where their connection runs really well when not downloading something, then when u download a game or app it drops? Like i got 50 mb/s , then i start downloading and drop to like 6 mb/s. xbox only obviously

Damn Bro 5 and out that's too bad. If $60 makes or breaks you, it's probably better to get another job and spend less time playing games anyway.

I like it so far been playing the XBOX1 version through EA cause its only way to play but will buy on PS4 no problem. This game is never perfect but year after year it seems to get a little better as long as they don't revamp game play. If i wanted the perfect football experience I'd get my football and go play at the park. It's a fun game I enjoy it every year and it fills time till NBA2K comes out.

I pre-downloaded the version earlier in the week. Glad I read this forum while watching twitch. Trial started right away. First impressions . . . Holy crap, does this look crisp! After watching twitch all day and previous sub quality video streams, playing this game in HD looks fantastic! Hope the gameplay is as tight as it looks. I'm looking forward to the different catch options. I love that level of control. The SB intro was cool, imo, too. Fairly quick intro to a few new catch options. Gotta go back and play more. Peace!

2nd impressions. As much as I didnt care whether or not they have music/spotify, it is already SO MUCH better than the last several versions with the constant nfl theme song or no music at all. Lol

My ps4 downloads games almost 3x faster than my xbox. What gives? I've been stuck on the Rory McIlroy EA Access download for 3 days straight and it's only at 78%. Granted I turn on the console a couple of hours a day, but it's so slow. I paused it so I can install the Madden access, but it's only at 10% after an hour and a half. EA Sports games are not the biggest files in the world, either.

- Plugged in via ethernet

- No netflix/videos playing on any other device (live alone)

Any tips?
