Bcruise I'm saying within CFM the auto sub sliders at "stuck" or do not respond as they do in "Play Now"..example I believe they are stuck at default no matter the value u put it at..yes I see subbing but not like in "Play Now"...best example for this is play a game in Play Now with RB auto sub at 100/99 then the same in CFM.***n the ball over and over...and look at the rotation..

Yes, it's well established that it's like that. It doesn't work in CFM like it does in Play Now because the sliders controlling it do not work.

If that's what you're saying then we're on the same page, and the argument over what "not working at all" means really is semantics, so I'll let it go. But all I was saying from the beginning is that if you're able to get the dev's attention on twitter or whatever, bring up that specific problem - say that the auto sub sliders do not work. Otherwise, if you just say "CFM Auto Subs are broken, fix it" or something similar you're always going to get a non-answer or something else unhelpful, because it incorrectly implies that they do not work at all. The sliders are the problem, not the feature as a whole - that's the last thing I'm going to say on this topic.

Re: Auto Sub sliders still not working in CFM

Just happy to see the thread still having some legs. Going to take a stab and suggest that developers are well aware of this issue. Too many of us have spoke about it in forums and/or tweets for a couple years now. Silence speaks volumes in this case, and I take it to mean that there's no good news to report on this front. It's likely a case of ends not justifying the means (to address said issue). When they talked about biggest Madden patch ever, I thought fixing the sliders would be apart of it. That shows you where this fits on the priority scale.

Best case from here IMO would be for Tiburon to universally program OL fatigue in a way that they don't sub out (that's my pet peeve) yet allows for realistic substitutions among other positions. The other part is bringing real formation subs. While that is a bit of a band-aid, it would allow me to seamlessly get the backup RB carries and some DL rotations.

is there any slider set that at least does a close enough job as it is though? I haven't played CFM since the patch

You can set fatigue higher (60+ I think) so players get tired faster, and will play less snaps before being subbed out.

But many people have said this causes their OL to also sub, which they don't want to.

The main problem I have with the sliders not working is that you'll have your DL or LB playing until they reach 60 stamina. With fatigue at a lower level, that probably means a lot of snaps with stamina between 60 and 80, which is not good, because they will be tired to rush the passer or stop runs...
I will try some games with higher fatigue. I'm willing to sacrifice some OL subs for a less tired team overall.

OL subs might be the closest thing people can have to OL injuries. Compare your OL downs played on the stats page to simulated teams for a reference of how much they *should* be subbing in and out.

run that by me again lol..... and im ok with some of them getting subbed out if that means the rest of my team does too, I think last year I had my fatigue close to 80
