This is actually very easy to find out. Just go Game Prep and select Confidence prep and choose the Confidence history changes or something like that. In there you should see the whole players and their history changes and how many confidence you had from each week and why.

Keep in mind that you don't requiere to delete the tuner to make this works. The tuner is optional and personal preference.

So for this particular player the drive goals were still on right? Block Early Block often is a drive goal?

No, that is a weekly goal. It means you have good off rushing game.

This is an example when drive goals are enable.

And i lost this game :/

oh ok - i get you, funny thing is I don't even know what the tuner does LOL, but reading and reading I keep hearing about how it made a certain part of gameplay better. so i'm like heck better game play i'll give it a shot - but this method right here is perfect - at least you don't have to worry about come january that everyone on your team has 100 confidence.

Might be a noob question but I'm leaning on using your set up for franchise mode. My only gripe is I don't know what the major difference is between offline & online cfm

I have armors sliders & Roverts roster ready to go. All I really want is to keep my depth chart as is when I start either off/online franchise & have realistic stats.

For those who don't know, delete the tuner, then re-install it. Game plays superb.

Do I need to do anything else before I reinstall it? Do I have to restart the game to reinstall?

Online allows them to update certain things immediately. Last year when they tuned the CPU sacks online franchises got it quick and offline users had to wait for the tuner.

Offline however is better IMO because if your playing an online cfm if your internet drops you lose your game and have to start over. Also offline allows you to turn off your machine mid game and start again where you left off.

I was ready to scrap this game due to the stupidly overpowered and unbalanced confidence based dynamic drive goals.

Now, using this workaround, I'm nearly complete with my first cfm season and loving it.

I truly enjoy the gameplay EA put out this year, but I wish they realized they need to give the consumer more control/options. If I don't want dynamic drive goals I should be able to disable them...
Agreed. I can't say thank you enough for this being figured out. It literally takes 10 seconds to do this work around. The game is a million times better. Before this I was having 40-50 point games with Oakland. Now I just finished a game colts(me) vs titans and it was a defensive battle going 0-0 mid third quarter. Thats with 15 minute quarters .

There's another thread for 32 team control. This thread is for solo cfm.

I personally like this method better because I don't want to have to do anything for any other team. Also I read 32 team control has some downsides with how the CPU handles their rosters if you put the CPU teams to auto. This method is as easy as create a coach, play game, retire coach, advance week, repeat.

When I press R3 I don't have an option to create new character. Did I miss a step?
