Re: Madden 16 CFM Draft: Biggest Freaks/Studs/Gems in
What I've noticed in the drafts
Red zone threats: always 6'4"
Possessions types: 6'1" or 6'2"
Balanced: between 5'10" and 6'2" has the most variety. Never seen one that is 6'0" though
Route runners and speed: no taller than 5'10" or 5'11"

Re: Madden 16 CFM Draft: Biggest Freaks/Studs/Gems in
It seems as if speed and strength are definitely affected by the player's height and weight in the draft, as someone just mentioned. The taller receivers seem to always come with below average acceleration and the smaller, tavon austin sized receivers come with higher agility and acceleration.
I have not seen any Julio/Kevin White clones either.Comment

Never even noticed the lack of 6'3" guys...

Re: Madden 16 CFM Draft: Biggest Freaks/Studs/Gems in
I also snagged these two unreal QB's from the same draft as the WR. Hicks was projected 3rd, but I took him in the 2nd. Gray was projected late 4th and took him at the top of the 4th. I thought Gray was going to be good but I was just taking a flyer on Hicks other than knowing he was going to be fast. His 3 attributes shown were good, but not great. Hit a home run on both.

Re: Madden 16 CFM Draft: Biggest Freaks/Studs/Gems in
My 2016 draft with the newly minted LA Rams. I'm currently 2-1 on the year. I came into the draft with 3 goals: 1) Find a QB, 2) Build the offensive line, and 3) Try and find a good WR. Needless to say, I hit the jackpot on all 3.
QB Cole Powell (2nd Round, 6th pick)
Very reminiscent of Russell Wilson. Stands at 6-0 223 lbs, and has 85 SPD to go along with 90THP. Clocked in at an 80 overall right out of the gate and has been incredible for me thus far. Got some work to do on his accuracy ratings but he's been very steady with his arm and legs thus far. Stud. Superstar development.
C Cory Scott (2nd round, 17th pick)
He came in as a 75 overall center, and I was disappointed as I picked another center later that turned out to be rated higher than him. I switched him to RG, and with a scheme change, he's currently an 87 overall rookie. Absolute monster in the trenches thus far.
LT Devontae Stewart (3rd round, 6th pick)
Came in at 72 overall. Currently my back-up LT behind Greg Robinson. Thinking of making a switch soon if Robinson doesn't stop racking up holding penalties. Stewart has some nice ratings and pretty good potential.
WR Marvin Stallworth (3rd round, 27th pick)
This kid was the #1 overall player in the draft coming in at 82OVR. 5-9 180 pounds, but has 97 SPD, 96 ACC, to go along with very good receiver ratings. His first game he had 7 catches for 165 yards and 3TD. An absolute monster, with his speed he gets behind everybody, and he has high SPC rating so he's able to make some insane grabs. Probably going to be my #1 target for the foreseeable future. Superstar Development.
C Malcolm Doughty (3rd round, 30th pick)
Came in as a 78 overall and will likely be the anchor to my offensive line for a long time. Very good ratings and some nice potential.
RT Logan Bryan (4th round, 6th pick)
An incredible late round pick up, he clocked in at 80 overall and stands at 6-7 330lbs. He's got quick development and has some great ratings to begin with. Will likely be my RT for the forseeable future, and he may see a swap to LT if I don't find someone to solidify that spot.
This draft should solidify the foundation of my franchise for the foreseeable future. I need to get better in the back seven, but with these guys, plus Todd Gurley, Aaron Donald, Robert Quinn, Michael Brockers, and Chris Long, this team is in very good shape to contend for championships moving forward.Ohio State Buckeyes | Carolina Panthers | Charlotte Hornets | Cincinnati RedsComment

I believe it's the 1st one I've seen as well. This guy should be a beast with his SPEC CTH starting at 89 and insane RAC ability as well.Comment

Yeah, that's definitely one of the best overall players I've ever seen.
That makes it seem like generational talents actually can be obtained via the draft.
