Yes, I would imagine that the improvement to coverage, the toning down of Aggressive Catch, the more live ball physics etc, led to the need to boost the DAC back up.

As others have said, how the lower rated QB's play in comparison to these guys is the key. I could tell the different last year between lower rated guys and top guys, but hopefully it's even more pronounced this year.

Cam I will give you without argument, speaking to his ability as a passer at least (he's probably the best running QB in the league). However, there is nothing Brady can individually do that Rodgers can't, and Rodgers is better throwing on while moving than Brady is while being generally far more athletic. Brady simply cannot make the game-winning play Rodgers did in the 2013 Week 17 game against Chicago, he's never had that kind of athleticism to go with his top-flight passing skills.

Before you say anything about rings or QB Wins, bear in mind that those are team achievements and not at all good indicators of individual talent.

If you're referring to his hail mary throws, the play was made by the receiver that caught it in the endzone. Yes Rodgers scrambled out of the pocket and got the ball out but still.

Also, you cannot even compare the amount of clutch Brady has in comparison to Rodgers. Rodgers is probably more athletic, but Brady is a big reason the Patriots are as successful as they are. Brady is also probably the best post-season QB to ever play the game.

Oh and for the record, I think Brady deflated the footballs and he destroyed his cell phone on purpose, and I STILL think he's the best QB of the the past 10-15 years and possibly the greatest ever.

Looks like they went back to giving guys too high of a number for deep accuracy. Last year 80 was the highest for the first roster.

Now A-Rod has 90.

Having lower deep accuracy really helped the QB's to not have that arcade like deep ball. Guess we're back to pinpoint 50 yard bombs. [emoji53]

Coming from a Lions fan, Rodgers is clearly the best QB in the league. While Brady may be as accurate as Rodgers; you won't see Brady complete 2 Hail Mary's just to keep his team in the game.

Is Cam faster then Russel Wilson? Cam 86 speed Russel Wilson 85.

I'm a Panthers fan btw. I'm always amazed at how fast Russel Wilson is. Cam is a great runner but it's a combination of SIZE AND SPEED whereas Russel Wilson is pure speed.

As far as the OVR's the athleticism of the mobile QB's pushes their ratings above the statues like Brady. Brady is the best pure passer but Cam/Rodgers athleticism is what is boosting their ratings. If you check the individual ratings categories this holds true where Brady has the best pure passing ratings.

Just because a receiver made a play doesn't mean Rodgers just did nothing on those plays. You can't tell me Brady would be able to roll out to his left and heave a bomb 60 yards to the perfect spot to even give his guy a chance. Maybe 30 year old Brady could, but 38 year old Brady can't. Rodgers has a better deep ball, and I think that gives him the edge over Brady.

But on a serious note the DAC rating increase is more then likely a change due to the new defensive improvements and ball physics, this game would get slammed hard if upon release gamers went an entire game and no deep balls were caught.

Rodgers is clutch as hell too, his problem is that he scores too quickly, and the D gives it right back. Rodgers is the best QB to ever play the game (There I said it), and no one can convince me otherwise.
