Running game is alot better now the online blocks better now. And no more WWE style tackles so this was a good patch game plays alot better now

I talked to Clint and he said the RB AI issue isn't a trivial fix. Basically, look for it to get incrementally better as we go. They are aware of it though and working to see how they can rectify it.

I wish they could patch in a half time show for play now games, Lol.

The game feels so much smoother now.

Put running action on manual (not auto or assist) and your issue is fixed.

It is on manual. It does not fix it. RB's still run laterally into defenders at times.

No mention of the career stat glitch that I tweeted Clint about and he said would be fixed “soon” where any player with a suffix after their name was missing career stats for the 2016 season.

Guys like OBJ, Vic Beasley Jr, Earl Thomas, Golden Tate, Mohammed Sanu, etc. Going to get on here shortly and check to see if it got fixed.

I'd like to hear feedback from those who haven't had hard time running before the patch.

I'm seeing guys that sucked at (sorry for the word) the running game now reaching 5ypc easily. That's concerning for guys who love challenge

The controls, animations and the tackling, imo. The glitchy pre-play stuff is gone so it appears smoother. The tackling seems more momentum based instead othe the abrupt brickwall stuff from before, and the controls just feel more responsive for me

Seems like there's a lot of good stuff in here. With the game coming out two weeks early this year this patch takes the game to what it would have been like OOTB with an 8/24 release date.

I'm DLing it now; looking forward to trying default All Madden and seeing if the warping and physics have improved.

Pumped that they fixed the Jets uniforms too.

I'm about to fire up my 6th game in a new franchise I started up, the CPU is avg just under 4.0 yds per game, at 3.9yards per carry vs me. I don't have the best run D, either, so, that could be it, too.

First, not trying to sound like I am hammering on you just having a discussion. But what are you giving up on average per game? 3.9 per carry sounds great but even if the AI carries 20 times that 80 yards per game which would be substantially more than anyone I know who is playing the game. You should easily be able to look and see how many rush yards per game you have given up. I've honestly not given up over 20 yards in a single game.

Design decision. It will not be patched out. I already have come to grips about it. I am clean screen player too. So it was disappointing...but I am way over it.

The update looks great on paper. I will DL it today and report back.

All I can say is...if you are not using i-Macs roster (check slider thread) and draft classes with his trait edits.....in offline franchise you are truly missing out on an amazing Madden experience. Together with my own sliders I am having the best time I ever have had with Madden football. I mean it is really sick. Smooth, sim and so much fun.

This patch will only make the game better. A lot of bug fixes in there. And THANK YOU FOR THE INJURY BANNER!!!!! That is huge.

I can't help but wonder if the CPU running game is borked because it makes certain mut solo's easier.

Awesome, downloading it now. It looks like some good fixes, but hopefully user running is not TOO easy now. With sliders I was already averaging roughly 4.5 YPC with Ezekiel Elliott. If I could get around there with no slider adjustments, that would be ideal.

Otherwise, it looks like a lot of fairly good stuff in here. I'll have to adjust tackling, I've been hit-sticking like crazy lol
