Also on the flip side of dominating an opposing rookie, have you found anything on the rookie that was dominated by the other player? Would I be looking at a slow development on him?

So I'm trying to sort by TVR and it's not working as expected. I went ahead and unprotected the "Your Draft Board" sheet and while it lets me sort, I'm not sure which way to do it.

I click on the arrow where TVR is, and it allows me to sort via "Sort A-Z" or "Sort Z-A", and sorting A-Z puts the lowest TVR number at the top, and when try sorting Z-A, the numbers go all the way down to the bottom of the page.

Nate or anyone else? How do we sort this properly like in previous iterations of the tool?

That's interesting back story. There is a downgrade on production to the dominated player, but nothing really tangible.

Version 7.1 of the tool released.

This new bug fix version sorts out all the known bugs so far, including the sorting problems and the locked cells on the Draft Planner.

I've also released a Sheets-optimised version of the tool that removes the issues around data validation on archetype, and generally improves the tool's aesthetics and usability in Wannabe-Excel.

I suggest to anyone downloading v7.1 that you protect the 'Your Draft Board' sheet using the checkboxes OMN has filled. This will protect the data in the cells that shouldn't be deleted, but still allow sorting (just not custom sorting, still need to unprotect sheet to do that)

Can I ask a favor? I am thrilled that it now shows all the players available every week and doesn't have 100 hidden each week, and you can now choose to draft any of the available players. So this makes the total number of players on the board 450. Can we get another 50 rows added to the sheet so anal idiots like myself can put all the players on it? If it wouldn't break any of the formulas, that is. In any case, thanks again for all the hard work you do

I was trying to keep it to 400 to improve performance and reduce the file size. It would break all sorts of stuff I’m afraid.

First of all, this is the greatest tool for Madden. Thank you and everyone else that put in work for this!

Do you still recommend the scouting strategy that you had on Reddit? Where you want to scout younger guys, then 1st rounders, etc.

I’ll be doing a new scouting strategy but the old one is as good a place to start as any in the meantime.

Any chance I can trouble either of you for a link to the aforementioned Reddit guide?

second off... (and maybe i'm a bit dull) but what's the best way to put the data into the spreadsheet? manually? or is there any way to wait until after the combine and download it?

Manual only, unfortunately! Wish to God EA would export scouting data but they don’t.

If I work on the sheet on google sheets, will it work correctly if I directly convert the sheet to excel, or will I need to copy and paste all the info into the excel sheet you created.

I’d recommend copying and pasting tbh. The excel version is better as there’s some stuff I can’t achieve in sheets.
