At this point I'm kinda curious as keeping it off until, lets say week 8, and then turning it on. At least you get and imagined grind of the season this way.

Re: Progressive Fatigue AI Logic
When I tested a few times by simming, my players never “recovered” during bye-weeks..they actually got more tired.
This can’t be how it is supposed to work…can it?Comment

Re: Progressive Fatigue AI Logic
EA needs to explain this new addition but so far I've been ok with full pads preseason then just splitting the half pad reps between both during most weeks/backups only on bye week, etc.. giving the starters full pads every week will kill their fatigue.Comment

Did you only train the backups during the bye? I did full pads for the backups and my fatigue is at 100% for starters.

Ahh okay..could be that then - the backups fatigue level made my entire team show as more tired. I was simply checking the fatigue % on a weekly basis. I didn’t manually change anything else..as far as reps/intensity.Comment

Re: Progressive Fatigue AI Logic
They don't explain it anywhere and it defaults to full pads/starters so keeping it on that every week will kill the starters fatigue.Comment

Yeah, not convinced it is actually dealing with the issue as a whole.Comment

If they tune Users to fatigue less but don’t touch CPU teams, there will be no option but to turn off progressive fatigue.

Re: Progressive Fatigue AI Logic
I wonder if the tuning will be part of the same update that the scouting changes come with. If so, we're looking at about another month before this is tuned which is disappointing. We also don't even know if the tuning is to the AI logic, to the impacts each practice type has, etc.
I can live without the scouting update in my franchise, but the fatigue issues need to be fixed before I start my real franchise and it is a bit irritating that we don't know what they are tuning, when it will be out, etc. The only thing we know right now is that this feature is great in theory, but clearly isn't working properly at the moment.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Progressive Fatigue AI Logic
Yeah........so ran my tests of shutting it off after week 13 (before advancing to Week 14) and turning it back on for the post season.
Nope.
Best thing to do....shut it off after week 12. And do not turn it back on till the next season.
That is what we got for you.
Has anyone tried / tested this in "reverse"?
For instance:
Leave Progressive Fatigue : OFF until week 8 or so and THEN turn it on.
May possibly mimic late season fatigue without compromising CPU thru Playoffs / Super Bowl, etc.
