Makes enough sense to me.

I started with Placement and Accuracy, backed off to Placement only, but think now i’m going to move back to Classic.

Will be interesting to see how that changes my passing outcomes.

I agree also, I been with classic this whole time. I have learned to use the high or low pass button more often if needed but I think classic is best suited for me

Is it me or did they low key put out a patch to fix the QB inaccuracy and INT issues? I was about to put down this game for good after throwing wild, inaccurate throws, INTs left and right every single game, but after playing tonight's game, I seem to be throwing a lot more accurate and no INTs!

I wonder if they put out a patch and didn't tell anyone about it.

I played a game last night and kept closing the game app during the game and replaying a play because the ints were still crazy. Some were bad reads on me which I kept but I got tired of every time I got hit when I threw the ball and it would be a magnet to the linebacker or DB, the quick reaction they would have and intercept anything, the ball would always float towards a defender like they were the receiver....so I got annoyed and just quit for now lol

Have you restarted the game? I know when I start Madden it’s always quick start but once I restarted it it seems like those issues went away but then again I switched sliders too. I’m using Armor and Swords pro sliders.

is that still LB for a high pass, and LT to steer it low with Classic?

Exactly my thought, also I just find it weird that you can manipulate the ball after it is thrown. I want ratings to dictate the accuracy of a a pass and see the difference with using a great QB compared to an average QB.

You aren't manipulating the ball after it's thrown. You place it before the ball is released.

Yeah, if you go into training then choose advanced training you can have the game tell you about it, if you haven't already.

I think you may be thinking of the Tiger Woods Golf game by EA. It is as you describe, where you could move the ball after you hit it. I agree, I am not a stickler for realism but that's just not right, LOL

I watch every pick i threw this weekend (free weekend) and i have thrown 17 picks over 5 games. I'd say all but 1 or 2 were legit bad reads by me.

The 2 i questioned were tip drills picks by the CPU. I also they may have tuned the CPU picks as the last 3 games i played, the CPU was not throwing as many picks. That being said, could. be coincidence.

Im the same way.

I find myself throwing a ton of pics from time to time but I honestly feel like when i do, i was erroneous on my decision making.

Maybe the rate that the balls are bring picked is to high, but seems more often than not, i made the bad read in the first place.

This and the 8 foot jumping linebacker are the only INTs I have a real problem with while I'm on offense. I can understand the occasional "get hit and ball floats to where a defensive lineman can grab it" but not so much the "get hit, but the ball still travels 15 yards directly at a linebacker".

This and the 8 foot jumping linebacker are the only INTs I have a real problem with while I'm on offense. I can understand the occasional "get hit and ball floats to where a defensive lineman can grab it" but not so much the "get hit, but the ball still travels 15 yards directly at a linebacker".

And editing the catch ratings or trait edits for the defenders is doing little for me to, well I play on all madden difficulty so maybe it doesn’t matter. I do maybe see more swats, also using Matt’s slider set but overall the problem is there’s no drops, linebackers or DBs never drop it but yet my 90 rated receiver can drop a pass.

I think this is a bigger factor than many realize. Seems like even if you turn off slowdown for skill-based passing EA has made the time it takes to make a pass slightly longer resulting in more instances of getting hit while throwing.

I think many of us need to reset our Madden clocks

Just wanted to share a pattern that I'm verifying. The really OP style interceptions are always coming as the momentum meter is half-full-or-more "in my favor."

Again for reference, Rookie / Sim / defensive assists OFF / CPU defensive sliders crashed to Zero (except for 84 CPU tackling). Such low settings but the same issues. To counter / temper my thoughts, I created an OP version QB with 99 everything per throw accuracy, awareness, etc. IT STILL HAPPENS.

I know pics or video will be requested, so I'm going to focus on getting such.
