Ok, I have ADHD and this doesn't make sense to my simple mind lol

Anyone have a visual way to show me how this works?

There's an image and an explanation but a tldr of the order would be.

Push generate button in preseason.
Enter draft class strength in settings.
Draft in offseason.
Press advance in preseason.
Enter draft class strength in settings.
Draft in offseason.
Repeat.

If you don't like it, press generate again. If you advance too far you can reset to beginning but keep same data.

Yes, if you want to skew the strengths at certain positions, or the volatility, you need to edit these before you click generate. The probability bell curve will update as you make changes so you can visualise it.

Or if you mean what xp sliders do you use with this? Any if you don't skew the bell curve (volatility adjusts both sides). If you skew the curves then you might need updated xp sliders, age regression settings or regression sliders but I've not got the multi tool data yet.

Just keep it at base settings then, don't adjust the skew. There's also variability built into the Madden generator so you're not losing out by not using all the settings.

It's alright, we're a mix of backgrounds here.

As a working example, if you set the skew for OL to something weaker you can still get strong or very stronger classes but it generally makes weak and very weaker classes more probable if not normal. You would need to increase OL xp sliders to compensate in this case, or set age regression higher, or set regression slider lower in order to maintain the same number of 80, 85 or 90ovr OL in the future that are in the game at the start.

His set assumes Normal variability so far so you'll possibly need to consider upping QB, P and K and decreasing HB as those are the positions you've added a skew to the probabilities.

Here is my random draft class strength generator:
1 - Go to the draft class strength screen and turn your head (or close your eyes).
2 - Hold down left or right for whatever amount of time your decide then let go. I did 5 seconds for one position, then 12 seconds, then 8 seconds, etc.
3 - Move to the next position and do the same.
4 - Continue all the way until you do all the positions.
5 - Now look at the screen to see the random, unbiased draft strengths that you just selected.

This isn't sarcasm. This is what I seriously did to randomize the draft strength.

This made me chuckle. Very "the Russians took pencils".

It's like the old dice roll outcomes of RPG games, can just make it as easy as roll a D6 (on your phone):
1 - Very Weak
2 - Weak
3 - Normal
4 - Normal
5 - Strong
6 - Very Strong
