    Yeah

    Start the game.

    Before kickoff pause it and then go to Super SIM.

    Select Slow Speed and then choose Jump Forward.

    After that you can select to play til the next QTR and see if you like it or select End Of Game and watch the full outcome.

    It's a beautiful game in CPU vs CPU Mode because everything is Broadcast camera

      You’re not lying man!!! I’m almost too the end of the first half in my first game like this. The game seems to play much better this way too.

      Pretty sure I’m retiring to become the GM only.

        Once I finish sliders CPU vs CPU is usually how I play Madden the rest of year.

        I control the rosters and just let the teams go at

          This guy was a beast! during his 2022 Rookie year.
          Went from a 72 to a 80 OVR in one year!




          Looking forward to the 2023 season. I let the cpu auto draft for me and I managed to pick up 1 hidden development trait Defensive player. The only one I drafted my self was my new QB. Hope he pans out he has a Elite in throwing Power, so maybe there is hidden talent there.


          @Playmaker how are your updated human vs cpu sliders coming along? anxious to try them out in my new season.

            I'll be spending much of the night looking at the USER vs CPU Sliders.

            Most changes will come on the CPU Defensive side of the ball.

            Maybe a slight tweak their offense.

            Hoping to put these on the level of an All-Pro type set without them actually being All Pro Sliders

              I take that back All Pro isn't much of a jump up from Pro with solid sliders.

              So instead, I'm shoot for All Madden level of play.

              I will start by building the sliders off of the highest rated players in Madden data base.

              That means QBA will no longer be using the lowest Throw under pressure rating (65).

              We will be going to 90 as of right now. Still below the highest rated guy A.Rod who checks in at 97 for throw under pressure. Only 6 guys total in the game was at that 90 level.

              Pass Block I will be reasonable because you do need to get pressure on the QB in order to hold up defensively. So, I will use the lowest avg Pass Block Footwork ratings from all OL positions.

              For Catch I'm going with Lowest avg Catch In traffic ratings from skill positions.

              Run Block is already Maxed out so Fumble will get avg carry rating of lowest players on offense at each position. Don't want to have a game where you can't cause fumbles.

              Pass Reaction will go up based on top rated players at each defensive position for Play Recognition. I think Pass Coverage is already pretty solid at 90.

              Tackle is going to be the key slider it will be the glue to CPU's overall defense. Maybe a slight bump up but the Fumble Slider will play a key part of this setting.

              Original settings will still be easy to view net to each Slider.

                This sounds great. I do have some concerns on the qba being 90. Reason is because when I put it at 75 as you suggest as maximum boost. All the cpu did was pass. Seriously in one game I saw the cpu pass over 60 attempts even teams with good HB would have pass run ratio lop sided. When I changed it back to 65 and 10M Q no ACC sure the cpu still passes the most however the run pass ratio balanced out and I was seeing the rushing teams put up around 20 rush attempts again. In my opinion it also made the cpu running game more effective.

                  Maybe higher QBA instills more confidence in the CPU to trust the QB.

                  I'll keep an eye on it (Run/Pass ratio)

                  Playing Carolina and Cleveland right now Darnold has 15 attempts vs McCaffrey 6 rushes.

                  However, he's just at 53% (8/15) for 145 yards into the 2nd Quater. Biggest thing I noticed is CPU will attack deep a little more.

                    I’ve made 3 slight adjustments to your next gen set. Man the game is playing so right. Ratings based approach is a much better way to go with cpu cpu sliders. seeing great stats, but the action is even better. This is a true nfl experience.

                    To avoid any confusion, you may want to start a new thread for the Xbox one, pc, ps4 sliders for cpu vs cpu. I’ll shoot you the changes tomorrow if you want to do it. Any fan of this mode with the old systems need to see this set in action.

                        Hi PM,

                        i used and tested your CPUvsCPU sliders on PS5 (online-franchises) yesterday (6 games) and i see many great games and plays, but some games and plays surprises me, in the negative way.

                        Some impressions from me:

                        - In my opinion i had too many points per game. I had only one game under 50 points. Maybe it's possible to put them down!?

                        - The run-game and rushing yards are to low, but you had explained it yesterday in one post that's an EA part and we can't fix this.

                        - Some games are great with sacks and INTs, but then, one game later, i saw too many sacks. For example i saw 3 sacks in one game (i mean 3-4 sacks are avg. in a real complete NFL game) and in the next game i saw 10 sacks (same team, only repeat the game in a new started online-franchise). Do you have an idea to normalize it?

                        - I reduced the interception slider to 8 and set the OPI-penalty slider to OFF. In my opinion it's better to see only 1-3 interceptions per game. (1,4 INTs are normal in a real NFL game)
                        At INT slider at 10 and OPI ON i see at the beginning 6 INTs. Maybe you can test it in some games.

                        It is interesting for you to see the game stats from the games i watched CPU vs CPU? Maybe you can see some from this stats to enhance your CPUvsCPU-sliders.

                        Don't understand me wrong, your sliders work as the best i found to watch CPUvsCPU until today, but maybe we can make them better together.

                        Today i will sim some more games and i can send the stats here, if they are interesting and can help.

                          You said you set the sliders in the main menu and import them in the franchise mode.
                          Do you do it also with the penalty sliders? I have read in the past, that maybe this makes problems.

Both sets (8/23 and 9/3) have good and bad to them and both sets are very functional for CFM. Great work. Im going to try and combine them, but not waste a lot of time. I'll pick one and run with it if I feel combining them will take me down a rabbit hole. Honestly for the 8/23 set, if coverage was a little tighter it would be set imo. Either set is good gameplay though and a nice
                            I'll admit I sometimes get to into the manage part of it instead of GM ing and letting it play out.
                            Really wish sports games played to ratings!
                            Only thing SIM about sports games now, are the team name and players
                            CFB 25 The absolute GOAT!!!
                            MLB 23 FOREVER 20 is better, 23 just for Guardians
                            Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.

                              I’m 44, and my reactions aren’t what they used to be. I’m having a blast like this, and will play Madden this way from here on out. I’m enjoying it much more!!

                                I'm loving the CPU vs CPU set up! Game play is pretty spot on! My Steelers went 11-4 and I'm in the playoffs and the team is having trouble against Miami! But amazing gameplay! Only issue I'm having is my players coming out of the game and not coming back in? Any advice on how to fix that?
