The thing I’ve always wondered is how do you do actual cpu v cpu? Cause unless you can move the controller to the center position then it’s not cpu v cpu. Am I wrong in stating this?

What I mean is, by just going into a game and going to SLOW mode and then forwarding to the end of game is still technically User v CPU isn’t it? At that point you’re just simming right? Even in slow mode so you can watch the games?

Yeah but user stick skills have no control over player ratings because your not controlling the players once you go to Slow Speed Sim

I'm getting annoyed steelers trubisky looks like tom brady against bengals makes it look easy 200 yards at half 3 tds

Make sure the game is on pro inside Frsnchise mode

I gotcha Playmakers. Thanks for taking the time to make these sliders. I have another question…. Are you doing that “fix” by lowering defensive players catch ratings to lower interceptions?

I really enjoy these sliders. V2 definitely makes the cpu more deadly and increases my chances of losing. With that said I am considering not playing this game anymore until they patch the interceptions. I am so tired of throwing to a open WR only for the guy standing 5 yards it seems behind my WR to run right in front of the WR and Intercept the ball as the ball is arriving at my WR. It was like this on V1 also just not as bad.


Question with the insane amount of INT already what was the purpose of raising CPU INT from 25 to 55.

I'm actually not throwing many INT's

But that doesn't mean a different USER isn't

Remember about a week ago I said I was going to increase the CPU defense on Pro well that was about of their boost.

You can actually just leave INT really low and just incorporate their other defensive sliders to help yourself out.

One other thing you can try is lower threshold to 0 to keep the separation between your WR's and defenders when they are trailing on the play.

Remember I pointed this out doing CPU vs CPU games for that reason alone and on All Madden.

I have them on and all other helpers (ballhawk, etc) off.

I have not tried playing with Superstar off.

Yeah the abilities is what separates the players.

I personally don't think they are over powered so I leave them on

I've been doing All Madden in MM for User games.

CPU vs CPU is really solid may need a small tweak here or there but the games have been awesome for me personally.

CPU vs CPU games are amazing! Only question I have is do the overalls really matter or is it just luck? My Steelers went 11-4, as I'm happy, idk if it's really realistic. Kenny Pickett is out here looking like Joe burrow, and TJ Watt is barley getting sacks against pretty bad offense line?

I don't think team overalls matter

But I do think player rating matter

I'll have to take a look at Pittsburgh .

What I've done in depth charts is move Parsons around for Dallas and lineup D.Law as a Rush DT in formations and I see them both getting sacks now

Yep

You just manage your team set your depth charts and playbooks

Then watch your team go at every week

There's animations in CPU vs CPU games that you don't hardly see in User games.

But the best is yet to come when that NCAA game drops.
