    MLB 23 FOREVER 20 is better, 23 just for Guardians
    Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.

      I have been using this set and made a few changes - one by accident- and have had two of the best CPU vs CPU games in a while. Going to see how it holds up over time but I like what I have seen enough to want to share it so others could try it.

      I use Playmakers setup with the following exceptions:
      Changed to All-Pro <Pro is nice but All-Pro just looked great to me>
      13 min quarters / 13 min acc clock
      Changed INT to 100 <seems to really help interceptions>
      Turn off fatigue
      Turn off Xfactors <star players still play like stars>

      ***very important as Tommy and Playmakers have stated, you have to re-import your sliders before you play a game and make sure to change the skill level in franchise every week as it defaults back to All Madden because the setting is All Madden in the main menu***

      Run game seems fantastic, lots of variety.
      LB seem to be getting a few more solo tackles
      INTs seem reasonable <so far>
      Sacks seem good <so far>

        I did the same last night but for USER VS CPU. Changed to All Pro with the sliders. And it Played AMAZING I had an actual competitive game. 1 INT a piece for each QB. Run game was great on both sides. Only change I made was raised User QB Accuracy to 10 because I absolutely could not even complete a simple check down pass route. I don’t see where you guys are talking about it reverts back to anything though. Mine stays on all pro and all games I’ve played since have been great.

          Do you have it set to All Madden in the main menu? I do and I always have to change it to All Pro in game.

            I do. I know I do because I never changed it from the time I first started the game. I always set what difficulty I’m gonna use in the franchise itself and then load my sliders.

                Wow the regression is brutal I am using TFG Roster for the Xbox and Tom Brady was a 93 in the 2022 season and the start of the 2024 season he has dropped all the way to 79 OVR.


                In the 2022 season he finished 2nd in passing leaders right behind me. 2023 season he finished in 3rd.


                2022 season he lost in the Wild Card for TB.
                2023 season he got picked up by the Pat's and did not make the play offs.


                At the end of the 2023 season during the FA signing weeks no team bided on him at all



                Finally the 3rd Preason week in The 2024 season The PIT Steelers signed him to a 1 year 2.40M contract.


                This part makes no sense. In the 2023 season QB Kenny Picket took over as starting QB and lead them all the way to the Conf game against me where they lost 20-69. Coach musted of been embarrassed by that game in order to sign a QB to replace Kenny Pickett lol.



                In the 2022 season Rookie Kenny Pickett played back up and to take over a year later and go to the Conf game in his 1st year as starter is an accomplishment.


                I wished madden would allow the cpu to see value in players based on accomplishments also. It would add so much more realistic off-season moves for the cpu.


                Anyway Picketts in the dog house after that devastating 20-69 loss. Mean while Brady went from a X Factor all the way to a star. That has to be the cpu logic here is that Pickett is just normal dev trait while Brady is a Star.

                    cpu vs cpu PS5 default 75man preseason offline cfm.
                    I also am trying something new. After I play for the day. 1 game, 2 games, etc. Before I shut madden down, I am deleteing my profile and roster, thats it. Then when I turn Madden on the next time, I redo everything and reload the sliders in MM and then load my franchise and play. PS5 must not switch bc it always stays on Pro inside CFM. Im still testing it (3rd day try now), and it is making gameplay smoother.
                    I dont reset the sliders each week. For me, it makes gameplay really unbalanced. One team in the game is a rockstar and the other is practice squad material. Sometimes me, some times the opponent. Thats where I was coming up with a lot of my problems, so I abandoned the reloading every game approach.

                      Im curious with the acc clock at 13, are you seeing shifts, motions, audibles, etc? Ive read and noticed (testing) that none of that happens when you go below 20 acc clock. The cpu rushes to hike the ball.

                        For gameplanning, for the offensive coord, do not pick over 300 yrds if you have a pass heavy playbook like Browns. If you pick 350 or higher, then you will pass 2x more then run. I think the Off Cord is related to passing yards, not total offense yards

                          I really hate programming sometimes. Through 4 games, Brissett 1 Int. Presser, beat Steelers with less then 1 turnover. Brissett 3 ints. Outside of that, it was a AWESOME division rival game against Steelers. Final was 19-10 Steelers.

                            No but so far it has played so well I am afraid to change as everything you change seems to be a house of cards. I can live without it if necessary. New patch coming soon that will likely bork everything. So far I have only played 3 games so it is too early to be sure of anything. No issues for me so far.

                              One thing I like so far is both sides seem committed to try and run the ball until the flow of the game dictates otherwise.

                                the gameplanning stuff definitely got has some effect on gameplay. i always choose the 200 yards rushing and it keeps both teams committed. i pick gameplans for both teams. 200 yards rushing hing doesnt work for tampa or bengals. they throw, throw, throw on there. never see those two commit to the run. again im on xbox one, but i dont think they olay much different. i use play akers sliders with only a coupla of very small changes.
