To the people complaining about this thread, the OP is correct in his findings. I say this because some of the uniforms are not representative of the product the way its supposed to look in real life.
It might seem fickle to the those that dont understand, but noone wants a product they endorse to be misrepresented from the way its supposed to look, period.

I personally applaude you for your efforts...

IMO though uniforms are very low on my list of improvements for this game. But I am glad to see someone who is willing to take the time to hold EA accountable for the lack of attention to detail. It doesn't surprise me one bit that there would be uniform "errors" like the ones you have pointed out.

Do me favor too...The Eagles retro/throwback uniforms...What are those and when did they wear them? The helmet logo is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Send something to EA about those too because I don't even know what those uniforms are.

Cowboys' jerseys also have the wrong text font on the name plates. It should be the same font that is used for the Jets' jerseys.

Also for some reason the Cowboys have blue as their home jerseys and white as their away jerseys... this should be reversed, and it was correct on the last-gen version of the game.

btw they always say forum them. but heres something i found when i didnt do that. i called them and i got more answers. calling them really gets the point across. cause lets be real, they dont check the forums and they constantly tell me to do that i just email customer service with the errors and call them..here is the number for you guys(650)-628-1500. Thats the number to call them and you will get through to them. and that is the yellow and blue uniform throwback they will wear those this year it's like a 70th anniversary thing.I will see what i can do about that..im gonna call them still because thats my right as a customer..and as a smart consumer, customers are always correct..someone said that a while ago i think...

all what i am really saying is the same thing i told the guy at EA. sure there is alot of problems, yes sure but what can we do to help the situation. from what i gathered from talking to them over these two weeks of calling them is that they are out of touch with some things, now that is not a problem nor am i making a funny joke, but the thing about it is how can we the consumer make a change and help the situation. I feel that by me doing this, it and that i sent it to them it cleared me of no just doing nothing. who knows maybe they need a outside point of view to tell them what is what.Me personally, i dont think that just writing on a EAsports board will help, it will so much but to call and to personally get progression and hear it will put things in more perspective.

Sure what i did seemed to be life consuming or a waste or something petty, but it's called quality. If we let a company run wild without pointing out it's faults, how then can it ever be good? or progress?

I think that is why EA is given the image that it has been given, it's a good game true. but things like this is what keeps it good and not great. So even if it is trivial, sure but if the little things are taken cared of first, then when the big things come like (moonwalking glitches) (silver aftro pale skinned coaches) patches will be more relaible. im just doing what the design department should, note the details.thats what this thread is all about.

Thanks for the photos - I agree...while the uniform issues are kinda small in relation to the other issues ie. franchise, fumbling etc. the uniform mistakes are silly too...some of those errors are just pure laziness from EA - then again, many of the bugs plaguing the 360 and PS3 versions of the game are bad too...

This is a good thread, and I hope you mailed this to EA, put it on their forums, faxed it to them, and emailed it to them as well. They may never get it personally, but hopefully someone will pass it along to them.

There really is no reason why they should'nt be getting this right. It's just a matter of using more care. I'm tired of their careless attitude towards the smaller things. They need to realize that the little things add up to a big thing.

Here are a few other problems I notice:

1. The Chargers powder blues are not light enough.

2. The Cowboys silver is too dark. When you compare it to their helmets in real life, the games version is a darker silver.

3. Laurence Maroney (for now the second year in a row) is too light. Laurence is a dark dude, but in the game he's a few shades too light. There are other players too that I can't think of right now.

4. White guys in general are too light in this game.

Arent the browns unis wrong too. I think they are the worst f-up of them all. Like how can u have the EXCLUSIVE license and claim that it gives you more access and the uniforms are still jacked up...lol. UNREAL

but remember that if more than one calls then there is a voice that is more than one. i can only do so much. strength is in numbers maybe this is the way it supposed to be. i left the phone number you guys got to call too.
