In fairness the folks at EA aren't the only ones to make this mistake, as anyone who has seen the recent Nike LT commercials can attest:

That is true but if you look at those pictures i made, there are SOCKS MISSING. thats no excuse for ea. nike is nike they dont have the exclusive like EA does. It's the same thing I was about to ask them..How can you release a product like that? and then wonder why it gets dogged? i mean the pics are worth a thousand words. Even if it is just uniforms and it's little..but if you over look the little stuff then how can you take care of the big stuff. which explains missing free agents for franchise, silver afro coaches with wierd white creepy skin. moonwalking glitch.. actions speak louder than words..

haha that email they sent you is some bull****. Looks like its just some generic email they said when people complain. Reread it gives no specifics to your problem or any problem really. Props for recognizing my dolphins white/white away unis though, and good luck on getting this resolved.

But hey even if it is bull, at least i did my part as a customer. I address the issue and did everything so if it falls through, hey i'm not gonna lose sleep over it..my job is done with that it's up to others.Hey no prob on the white on white.. i'm a uniform buff and admire throwbacks thats why it's a pet peeve when clowns like the EA development crew messes up. thats why I got apf 2k8 cause my unis have to be good and accurate to the T. thats just who i am i care for the details. something that EA needs.

lol oh yeah i know man its cool you just telling it like it is like me. i know you werent. I dont pay attention to them anyway because it's because of customers like them that made this situation this way anyway because of just being satisfied.Nah thats not me I dont care if i get flammed because this has to be done and I know that this will head to something good sooner or later. I just may be the one to do that and hey i know somehow i'm doing whats right because im getting hell for it.

Mastershake, you're work on these uniform changes can only be positive, and anyone who plays this game should be grateful. Keep up the great work.

I didn't notice the Chiefs helmet in any of your discrepancies. I believe it is similar to the Cowboys helmet, where the logo is a bit too large. Just giving you a heads up, and if you did post that somewhere, sorry for missing it.

Hopefully EA will be able to make changes to these errors in the near future.

lol thanks aman. this game has more uniform errors and glitches than I can count. If i would have done every single one i would be there for a while and those alone took 3 hours, i had to find the internet pics upload those to photoshop etc. and that is time i dont have to be honest i did not leave it out. it was just that lol there are too many errors.

but thats why i said everyone with complaints call them email them the messages and talk to them because I can't do it alone it's time consuming and plus i am doing a better job then they do and they are the ones getting paid. I am not one to do much for free...but again. thats why I said everyone can do this..when it comes together it works but one can not stand alone.

I think this is a great thread, this just shows how EA cannot use the exclusive license to their advantage. For as big as their company is, and the $60 dollars we pay for the only NFL game we have a choice to buy, I think that the NFL uniforms they have the right to put into their game should be spot on. No excuses.

Well put, they used to get stuff right.. Having something authentic is not wrong.....Correct no excuses..........

Ive been saying it time and time again on here. If people would email directly and call these companies man oh man it would be on fire all what they have to do is mail the pictures to them even picture of the errors. THEY DONT READ THE THREADS and if they do fool they fool me.

good i sent it to them personally if i had the email to the nfl i would have too. It is really time consuming if you guys have any more complaints like glitches and stuff call those numbers and complain. it's all on you guys im gonna give the number of visual concepts to the man who asked for it. I hoped this group helped.

I have the PS3 version and its the same way. also i have my own issues

08 has underarmor, sprint halftime, etc.. but STILL NO ESPN!!! whatda?!?!?

Why does LIVE have different basketball shoes, but madden only has a few reebok and generic shoes?

The ravens wear black shoes this year EA... get with it!

why do we still have to do an online game to get the roster update? isnt there any other way to get the dang blasted download (like in *ahem* last gen)
