for the past 3 or so years... I've sat and had to read all the ebb and flow of posters likes or dislikes of the only football game in town by (ugly) default... now that there is representation of NFL (albeit generic) by the only co. (2K) with the "JUEVOS" to compete in the sports gaming market.... I don't have to stress over the reasons why I don't buy this game.... But on this I must post....

mastershake this is very important for NFL aficionado's such as myself... If I can't have a real effort by EA the sole proprietor (which spent GNP of a small 3rd world country) to get NFL.... why shouldn't we expect more...!?!? as a rams fan I would be very upset if the couldn't get my UNI's correct... It doesn't have to do with programing or animation... it has to do with pride in your product.... great effort mastershake....

infact heres the phone number to the NFL212-450-2000. thats the main head cheese involved in this. if people call them and tell them about madden 08 and etc that might get something too.

but i will say this in all seriousness. every single incident in this world being from something little like a video game to something big like trying to end racism with the civil rights movement all began with taking a chance and a risk.

Because you never had a chance if you never took one. I called them, Someone always has to stand up to do something right, to set something right. this isnt just about uniforms, thats just the ice berg there is more because people just said oh ok it's just something little.

No you are the customer if it's quality we deserve it.This is not just a thread this is a customers revolution take part in it and change the tide. But if you do nothing but sit with complacency then don't complain because now you have a chance. And so what if we fail? so what? at least then you know it's not your fault at least then you know it's theirs but if you all sit on our hands and do nothing then you failed.

Is it just a game? yes. is it like taking down the Berlin wall? no. But there are more serious issues out here that we can do like this. But there is an importance to this somehow. Remember this country that we live in says the customer is always right...well in this case we are not wrong. it is mediocre but so is alot of things. all i'm saying is as a consumer you have the choice to make a decision about the good of the product and be given that good product. And the companies job is to make sure that happens. but the problem is that for too long people have just closed their mouths and you cant do that if you want to be heard.

forums can only do so much and they do good but sooner or later human interaction has to be implemented if things need to be done. They say that they read the threads. They don't because if they did, there would not be the same complaints and issues that people still are complaining about. This is no longer a whine or another one of those threads that will fall into invisibility, this is the one to lead a change. join in because it's gonna get better.

This is different. Mine is giving a solution, and as well alerting people to what uniforms as well as some other stuff with their game. that was a question thread that went nowhere I don't like making those because they never go anywhere at all. this is a thread of statements and giving the solutions. if you see the phone numbers and stuff and I hope this makes people pick up the phone and call because now there is officially no excuse.

Mastershake, very nice work, and nice attention to detail. For the posters who think that this post is nonsense or not needed...you may find yourself paying more attention to detail when you get older.

I remember emailing the 2K team numerous times before 2K4 was released, about the AZ Cardinal red home jersey. Since 99, they always placed the shoulder number on the top of the shoulder instead of the sides. The representative I emailed told me that part of the development team would look into it. When 2k4 finally hit the shelves, the numbers were finally in the proper place.

Not a big deal to most videogame players, but if it helped to make the game more authentic, why not?
