I don't know where you saw a "beautiful pocket" being formed in this video, so you either don't know what a qb pocket is or something is wrong with your eyes. I watched the video and not once did I see a pocket form, if you need lessons on what a QB pocket looks like watch this video.

thats not bias thats the truth. anyone who think other wise IMO is a fool. 2 million dollars comes from the NFL license, 120 dollars come from people who like the next-gen gameplay.

if there was another company out there making nfl games and EA put the SAME product(even tho realistic wise they would not put out the same product). the only way madden will make serious money if that game is worse quality than madden and THATS PRETTY LOW

Thanks Matt, I'm glad you can feel my pain. Madden 10 might end up being a good game in the end, but I can totally relate to people that expect more disappointment. I have seen that spin move glitch at least once every E3 vid except the seahawks/redskins so I don't expect it to be fixed but we can hope. If not, I guess I would advise against run a play with pulling guards.

Yeah, I play D1 football as a CB, what the hell do I know about what a pocket looks like, i should probably just hop on the bandwagon and bash every video to no end with a blind eye to anything good.

It's ironic that the YouTube video that you posted was from a person who was overly excited after playing Madden 10 at E3.

The blocking is a lot better than last year and in some instances I did see a perfect pocket form. I can definitely understand why some people are worried though. Blocking in Madden used to be terrible.

lol got to. cause its get under my skin when people say madden is the king of football or madden a money making machine. i want a NFL game, you want a NFL game, my guys want a NFL game.

its taking a huge amount of restraint for me not to spend 60 dollars for madden 10 but not because madden has great gameplay but because thats where i can play with brian urlacher and jay cutler and the remaining bears team

I won't say the first pocket is a beautiful pocket, but I will say it's much better than anything I saw in 09.

yeah the pocket is better than 09. i do see the positive in madden 10 but them god forsaking DEMONS still lurks in the gameplay so the better pocket just get overshadowed

I dont see anything in that thread remotely close to someone saying Madden is the king of football.

Unless you are refering to people saying Madden is the only game because it has the NFL license.

If that is the case then I misunderstood the point you were trying to make.

Nobody goes around saying "Madden is perfect in every way and is the king."
