You know, I look at this a number of ways. One, yes, obviously, anyone who spends $25 easily is probably going to get it even if they just want Madden early. After looking over the features a few times (and with them adding FIFA Street to the deal to make 6 games), I think I'm going to get it. I have the game coming release-day delivery from Amazon, but having the extra weekend to play beforehand would be awesome.
Also, the other 5 games could be enjoyable if even to just "rent" and play them over the weekends prior to their releases. I play on Xbox 360, so I can use those games for some entertainment and get some achievements in the process. I used to get Tiger and NCAA every year until the last two and rented the "12" versions of each of them for a few days so this saves me from paying to rent them later. In addition, I have gotten a couple cheap Madden DLC's the last couple years (keep a guy from retiring in franchise, and Star Player), so it'll save me a buck or so there, etc.
The point is, you can find value in it from a number of different avenues. I look at it as getting Madden 3+ days early and pre-paying for rentals of 5 other solid sports games, at least two of which I generally try or buy every year and FIFA Street, which I'm excited about. And I don't even have to waste gas to drive to rent those 5 other sports games! That saves money too! Haha.
P.S. In addition, being able to try these games in full (not just demo) BEFORE the game comes out allows you to decide if you like it and still pre-order the game if you want to buy it. In the case of FIFA, for example, you could try the game the first day of early release, love it, and still pre-order on Amazon for release day delivery AND get a $20 Amazon credit back. Conversely, if you don't love it, you can cancel your existing pre-order before it ships. I see value in the ability to try the full game before release, especially if you're on the fence about buying.
