I can not get the custom soudtracks to work HELP!

Mine does not work either. Ive done everything as instructed by others in this post and custom soundtrack selection does not work nor does adding any of the unlockable soundtracks as well.

my xbox is a first generation console. What generation is everyone elses that does not work?

Just for kicks....try something here.

Make sure the Option to play Crib music in PA is OFF.

Maybe it is linked to that as it might use too much CPU power when using custom tracks in game and you possibly can only use custom tracks in menu.

Just thinking out loud here.

Just for kicks....try something here.

Maybe it is linked to that as it might use too much CPU power when using custom tracks in game and you possibly can only use custom tracks in menu.

I cannot find a option to select to play crib music in PA anywhere. Only option I see is to play crib music in Menus.

Ive tried toggling that both on and off several times, and it does not allow me to play music.

In fact, at the jukebox in the crib, i cannot even load ANY songs into my playlist however the game does read the tracklistings for most (not all) of my soundtracks.

If this is an unlockable feature, ive only put about 2 hours worth of playtime into the game.

you're right I was thinking it asked for Crib music > Pa but it was menu.

Maybe try to load a couple of new songs for a test and see if it picks them up?

Also try saving your Crib/profile and .....hmmm I dunno...

Just for kicks...i went into my memory manager and deleted my ESPN profile. Started up a new one and ....same results. Jukebox would not allow me to put any songs into the playlist.

For the heck of it, I even deleted my 2k3 games to see if that was conflicting. Same results.

Only thing I can determine, at this stage, is that

a) I need to put more then 2 hours worth of playtime (or hit some milestone for the crib) to unlock the ability to customize my songs via the jukebox.

b) its a game bug and does not work with old xboxes (mine is first generation circa December 2001) perhaps a conflicting hardware issue or something....?

Other then that..guess ill work on restarting my franchise and hope that someone from SEGA chimes in or someone with very elite troubleshooting skills.
