A lot of these comments (running anims, passing arcs) I have heard before. I think there are some great observations here outside of the wishlist thread. The more posts I read, the more I learn about the likes and dislikes. Quick question in regards to stats and such. Does the spreadsheet look actually enhance the "readability" of the screen or should aesthetics be more of a consideration? I ask because that was a tough area last year and I think we leaned a little towards the dry spreadsheet look. Lots of info available, but, perhaps a little too black and white. Stat boys like that stuff?

aestehtics should be more of a consideration....especially when it comes to stuff like the Team Stats or the Mock Draft. Everything seems jumbled together.

Better sorting should be used also...like...we may want to see which DE leads the NFC North in sacks....theres no way to do that in Nfl2k4. You can't even sort the Leaders by Conference and thats wack.

Is it possible you guys could just use ESPN.COM as a league news interface in nfl2k5?...allowing the user to navigate the site with the analog stick and then clicking on "links" with the shoulder buttons? If possible I think that would be Hot for the game next year.

Here are some other suggestions on that...

    ESPN.com In NFL2k5 part 1

    ESPN.com In NFL2k5 part 2

You could use this for the entire espnvideogame lineup.

And that's where a USB mouse and keyboard would kick in (that would be SO cool to be able to search for players and stuff).

Otherwise, if you didn't have a USB mouse, then follow what SimCity 2000 did for PSX... you used the D-Pad for a mouse (or we could use the analog stick now that there is such thing).

Does anyone understand what I just said?
