its name is BBCUST14, you need a program called USBXTAFGUI to read XBOX 360 content on PC, windows explorer will only show 4 blocks of data....

Thanks, and I know this is a stupid question, but if I've got the save files on a USB key, and Finn's editor won't read them, how is USBXTAFGUI going to help? I understand that it would see the separate files as a single Backbreaker save, but I don't see how that would help Finn's editor. Thanks and again, sorry for the stupid question.

I used USBXTAFGUI and it worked fine. Hit 'extract' on the BBCUST14 file, find a place for it(i.e. desktop) and it's ready for use in Finn's editor.

[UPDATE: Many thanks, you guys. I've got it working, raised all offensive player ratings on one of my created teams to 90, and successfully imported back into the game. The export/import process is a pain, but Finn's editor is smooth as silk (of course).]

But just so I am hearing this correctly, if we start up a season with the modified teams, as of now we will not be able to make it past the first season because we cannot edit ratings for the rookies that are drafted?

I got a couple of questions.

1. If I download a NFL roster and edit it then put it on my 360, will it replace my already created teams? Do I need to open it up under another gamertag to keep it from replacing them?

2. So, we can only edit 12 teams currently?

3. After you edit the ratings and put it back into the game, did the team rating change? Also did the number of golds change and description of the team change?

BTW, thanks a whole lot Finn!! I know you are only getting started with this thing and I know you're going to totally crack this whole game. Can't wait for the later editions.

Still having file corruption,even with Firefox.Will wait for the next version of the editor then and hopefully have better results.Can't figure out what it is that's giving a few of us problems with it.

One thing to note... Once I get this only edit 12 teams thing sorted out we will be able to have a 360 community roster file since we can now import/export teams from any save into a master OS save. This allows for multiple people to be working on the save at the same time (different teams of course) and we would just need to coordinate the import into the master file.

Brief test of editing the Bears and Packers playing one half.

I did the following to both teams:
Changed the Agility rating for all CB's and Safeties to between 30-40
Changed the Agility rating for all LB's and Defensive Linemen to between 15-20

I played a game on Pro at Medium difficulty with Form set to Very High.

I was the Bears and Rodgers went 7 of 11 for 89 yards and 3 touchdowns. Grant rushed for 40+ yards on 12 carries.

I had some success with the running game but I couldn't stop throwing the interceptions.

On a side note the damn cpu kicker keeps missing extra points.

Edit: And Finn you are the man for doing this.

as for the kicers missing extra points. what about adjusting all the kickers focus to 99 and see if that helps them stop missing extra points.

The major problem is we can edit the ratings which is incredible but the ai seems to only throw to his left also can someone post the link on the process. Of switching the rosters will I need an import cable like 2k5 kinda computer illiterate please help

yea the CPU always throwing to his left is still bothersome

and it's usually always the same sequence for INTs:

QB throws bullet to WR running down field when he should lob it over the defense
CB or Safety plays under the route and gets easy INT
