Does anybody know anything about Larry Hart?

NFL doesn't even list his height and weight!

Who the eff is this guy?

Hart was named an Associated Press FCS All-American for the second consecutive year. He is the first two-time All-American at UCA since the program moved to the FCS level. Hart was named to the second team, along with fellow Southland Conference players Tim Knicky, a defensive end from Stephen F. Austin, and running back Toddrick Pendland of McNeese State. Hart was named the Southland Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive year last month. He shared the award with Knicky this season. He tied for second in the SLC in sacks with 12 and was ninth in tackles for loss (10.5). Hart also led the league in forced fumbles (4) and had two blocked kicks, one fumble recovery and one interception. Hart, named an All-American by four different organizations in 2008, is third in career sacks at UCA with 21.5 in just two seasons since transferring from Holmes Community College.

              138 -- Jaguars -- DE Larry Hart

I like the Jaguars' pick here of another young, talented, but raw, DE who can rush the passer. Hart spent two years at a junior college followed by two years at Central Arkansas, where he dominated off the edge with 21.5 sacks. Many teams projected him as a 3-4 outside LB, but the Jags will use him as a situational pass rusher. Since they had the least sacks in the NFL in 2009, his skills will be appreciated.

Leon Washington and LeDale White are great pickups for the Seahawks.

I really hope Myron Rolle gets drafted. You can't get a better character guy than that.

Thanks SuperChargers and CardinalsFan... EDIT: And Tiko, lol.

Looks like we're dedicating this draft to a reformation of the defensive line.

6'1" 248 lbs situational pass rusher? Sounds like another Jorge Cordova or Quentin Groves...

Lmao at the guy named Zoltan. That sounds like a cartoon villan from the 80's, or a planet in a comic book.

Well a lot of people had Cam Thomas, NT, going in the second so i guess it can't be a bad pick, hope he can play up to it.

Yeah. I'm a bit shocked at it... but I guess that's the way the draft board has fallen thus far. That being said... the QB must go down and the QB must go down hard. But I kind of want to see a pick on an offensive player at least once in this draft.

As shocked as I am, while these aren't sexy picks, they are necessary picks. 14 sacks last year definitely won't cut it for a defense that was dominant just a few years ago.

Defense wins championships. Games are won in the trenches.
