This might be difficult to achieve, depending on where you work, but can you just stay unspoiled til you get off work and then watch it?

I work night shift and was going to plug headphones into my phone at a grocery store and listen to it.

NFL tells radio stations to block the online stream of the radio broadcast. They have their own product to allow you to listen to games. Most follow that, but if you find some of the smaller stations, usually you can find one.

I know we've heard reports of CBS streaming games, but they confirmed only two for this season: NYJ v. MIA in London (there are 3 games in London this season... who knew?) and NYG v. CAR on Thanksgiving. All will be free to stream, don't even need cable to authenticate. Just Internet.

The BUF v. JAC game (in London) will be streamed on Yahoo for free as well. That's more of an NFL experiment, whereas the CBS streams are more for them. They're also doing a bunch of SEC games streaming for CFB.

I love the streaming option as an out of town Bills fan. Hopefully kinks are worked out as streaming can be iffy.

So is this what people wanted to see?
The new extra point rule had a small but noticeable impact on the preseason.
With the 2015 preseason now in the books, kickers went a cumulative 196-for-210 on the new longer extra points, meaning they made 93.3 percent of their kicks. That’s down significantly from recent numbers in the regular season: During the 2014 regular season, kickers made 99.3 percent of extra points, and NFL kickers have made at least 98 percent of extra points every season since 1994.
But kickers will probably do better in the regular season because the worst kickers in the preseason are going to get cut. Eagles kicker Kip Smith, for instance, missed a league-high three extra points, but he won’t be the Eagles’ kicker during the regular season.
The new rule changes extra points from the equivalent of a 20-yard field goal to a 33-yard field goal. For an NFL kicker, a 33-yard field goal is still an easy kick. So when the regular season starts, the vast majority of extra points will be successful. But the conversion rate just might fall below 98 percent for the first time in two decades.

I read that based on the math, teams that attempted to go for 2 (in the pre-season) scored about .95 points per attempt, while teams that opted for the extra point scored about .93 points per attempt, so I guess in the sense that it was mathematically better to go for 2, they did accomplish what they had hoped to? I'm not really sure.

I can only speak for myself but I wasn't for this change. I wanted a TD to be automatic 7 with the option to take 6 and go for 2. This half measure they took is dumb.

I know that I am in the vast minority on this, but I like that they did something to at least make it slightly less automatic. I believe that this phase of the game has evolved well beyond the original intent when the rules were drawn up 100+ years ago. I guess well have to see how things play out now that games matter.

I supported moving it back, but the scores from the preseason bother me.

No doubt the regular season is going to be different. Coaches won't go for 2 as much when the games count because they're scaredy cats. XP's will probably rise a bit with starting K's kicking them but may stay even when the weather gets nastier.

I like an auto 7 for TD but only 6 if you go for 2 and don't convert. It took this experiment for me to realize I didn't want XP's to be harder, I wanted them gone.
