Yeah, I like em too. Can't please everyone. They have enough recognizable hits and an energetic stage show. Good fit for something like the Super Bowl. Like you said, could do a lot worse.

So looking at the schedule. It's reasonable to state the Redskins could run the table and finish this year 10-6. No winning teams on the schedule rest of the way.

I'm of two minds about that. I've always liked Cousins but I hate to see Danny boy have any kind of success.

Don't let them tease you like this my man.

On the flipside, if you guys win out, Kirk's asking price/starting point is going be higher than what it is now, in which he'll probably get Franchise Tagged.

There is a petition going around trying to ban Greg Hardy already over 70K signatures.

Am I missing something? Is it even possible to petition something like that? I feel like they could get a billion signatures and it wouldn't mean anything. Maybe the next week Hardy would make comments about using his "signature move" to reporters is about it

Well yea you can petition whatever you want. But nothing might not come of it like most petitions.

But the Redskins aren't exaclty a winning team either, they could just as easily lose out the rest of the way.

                  Chicago
                  Buffalo
                  Philly
                  Dallas

Not a easy stretch for Washington.

Welp, I guess we know why this game is on 2 networks tonight. It was so the NFL could have the extra audience to get excited about their Super Bowl halftime performer announcement.

                    Lame.

Ahh, phrased it poorly, should've asked if it was possible to have any success on the petition, not if it was literally possible to have it

Danny Kannell says that Kirk Cousins could be the next Drew Brees. He then went on to compare how their stats for the first three seasons of their careers are similar. Lol Drew Brees is way more athletic than Cousins, but ok....

EDIT:Heard this on Russilo and Kannell but just found this article to go along with it. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...aborative_1_na

He lost me when he started comparing current QB stats to QB stats from 2001-2002. As if overall QB stats aren't significantly better now compared to then. Average QB completion % is up like 4-5%, guys are throwing significantly fewers INTs, etc. It's just a different game now. Just a dumb comparison.

Wish they would ban Greg Hardy so I can stop hearing about why they should ban Greg Hardy.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.
