Since the game thread was locked by rob, here's a video of Richard Sherman mic'd up for the Redskins game:

Includes the Trent Williams altercation at about the 45 second mark. And what do you know, it's Trent Williams that starts the confrontation. But people can still keep trying to pin it on Sherman, lol.

I'll defend Williams only this far. That is an edited 1:30 second clip of a 3 hours game plus pre and post game. So while that does look awful for Williams, the NFL will have the entire transcript of everything that was done and said by not only Sherman, but any other players that were mic'ed up.

Edited sure, but it clearly shows Sherman started nothing and everything post game was initiated by Williams. Sherman was being pretty damn friendly with everyone right before Williams tried to obviously confront Sherman after the game was already over. Everyone assumed it was all on Sherman, already decided it was his fault, and were clearly wrong.

You really can't say that. We don't know anything that was said during the game at all. I mean really it's 1:30 of the game. Like I said, I'm not defending Williams for what he did, that was wrong. But there is a whole lot of tape that we will never hear. These two teams were chirping at each other all day, and Sherman has already been known to tell players he will see them after the game (Tom Brady) so who knows what he said to Williams during the game about meeting after. Like I said, Williams' actions are inexcusable, but we will never know the full story.

Sure, a good point. But everyone always gets on Sherman for whatever he does or says after the game. In this particular instance, he started nothing after the game. Don't disagree with you that he probably said PLENTY of stuff during the game, because that's what he does. Afterwards though, he was as nice and congratulatory to the Redskins as can be until Williams pulled a punk *** move. So it would be nice to see people owning up that they were wrong about what happened afterwards.

Along the same lines of never knowing what happened during the game, let's not pretend like Richard Sherman is the only player in the NFL that talks during a game and try to continue pinning this on him somehow. It takes two to tango.

It's not a comment to be taken literally. Just something to get the point across: Sherman wasn't the only player talking trash during this game.

You must have missed the post about one user wanting to punch Deangelo Hall. I liked that post.

Garcon was a little bitch during the game as well. I hadnt noticed how Sherman behaved during the game. But Hall and Garcon were also annoying to say the least.

Did think it was pretty hilarious when Hall was getting into it with his teammates.

You've said twice (3 times maybe) that everyone keeps blaming Sherman when I don't remember anyone dong that here, AND Williams himself took complete blame for it (and someone posted it here).

Perhaps everything I've read on other sites made me think it occurred here too. If so, my mistake. In any case, there were only a couple of comments about the incident and they aren't really much of anything directly blaming him, but rather infers he was at fault.
