I already said I should have been more clear, not sure what you wanted to gain by writing a post telling me to be more clear after the fact. I responded to a post about Richard Sherman in the NFL Off-Topic thread, not pulling this out of the blue. There's really no point in going in circles any more. PM me if you feel you need to discuss this further, no need to clutter up the board.
The thought was really for both of you but thaima1shu really just posted the links and kept it moving. But I'm sure there are quite a few around here that will confirm, I get up in arms when anybody makes a general statement that sounds like it's calling a group of people out for something that hasn't happened HERE. It creates an unnecessary back and forth (like this one that I am very much a part of so not pointing a finger at you). It's usually either blowing what one person said out of proportion or, as in this case, getting worked up at other sites that are much "looser" than this one and then taking out the frustration here.

I also read into EVERYBODY'S posts... and people do the same to mine. I don't want to continue down the path of calling out Hawks fans but some of you seem to have a chip on your shoulder recently. The world is not against you... being more specific, OS is not against you. It seems like anything slightly negative against any of their players turns into a war and it's unnecessary. I'd take Sherman on the Ravens in a heart beat and didn't see anyone else say anything against the guy. All teams have their fantatics but it's getting a little tired around here seeing a new post from a Hawks fan going off about one of the players getting disrespected.

To be clear, I don't think your posts here were that bad, and definitely don't think thaima1shu's posts were either. But I want you to understand where I'm coming from, dissecting what you said to this level. There was really no reason to mention anyone hating Sherman here. If anything, you could've gone off on Williams.

lol, I highly doubt that. They've been on a pretty steady clime since Carroll took over. The guy deserves the hate he gets but there's no denying what he's doing out there in Washington. I also don't see that defense fading so even if something horrible happens to Lynch and/or Wilson, the team should be balanced enough to at least keep them afloat. I can't see how they won't, at least, be in the playoff conversation for some time now... with expectation of competing for the division yearly.

The strange thing to me is I didn't see this coming considering how different they are than the Holmgren SB team.

Yeah I know haha. The roster is young, with just about every key piece locked up for multiple years, and more importantly, there's still lots of cap room. Future is looking solid.

So I guess the new Dolphin's logo got leaked on the internet...they are trying to give the Marlins a run down there:

From what I know, that's not officially the new logo. Just one of the options.

For the love of god I hope I'm right, If your going to change a teams logo why would you downgrade??????

The tail is too long and looks too wide more like a whale, the rest looks fine. If they just make it only stick out as long as the nose dose, it would be a lot better.

Just wanted to say that NFL Network is FAR superior than any other channel covering pro football. Great crew and great coverage as well. You really don't need to look at anything else.

By far. They actually like each other and have fun doing it as well, just adding an extra bit of enjoyability to their insights. My fiance turned it on this morning and she told me she likes these guys because she learns more about the game and its fun to watch.

Well what, the other option is ESPN? The Helen Keller Network does a better job covering the NFL than ESPN.

NFL Network is good but they're starting to emulate ESPN and that's not a good thing.
